(Alero's mum is seen in the doctor's office looking rather excited to see how her offspring will look like after almost fourteen years space between her first child and her new born)

Doctor: (rubs a whitish substance like body cream (gel) on Mrs. Williams's large stomach, then takes a machine and begins to rotate on her stomach, he starts looking at the screen)

Mr. Williams: Doctor, what do you see?

Doctor: Relax, Sir.

Mr. Williams: (Silent)

Doctor: This is amazing!

Mr. Williams: What? What is it? (He asked in anxiety)

Doctor: Congratulations Sir, congratulations madam.

Mr. Williams: Doctor, stop all this now.... Is it a boy or a girl?

Doctor: It is boys.

Mr. Williams: Boys? How many? (He asked, frozen to a spot)

Doctor: Two, you have twins Sir. Again, congratulations.

Mr. Williams: Thank you Sir. (He said while leading his wife out of the room).
