(Alero and Shilah are seen sitting in the children's parlor watching a movie with rapt attention)
Alero: Wow, this movie is so interesting. (She said, breaking the silence)
Shilah: Yes, it is. I rented some blockbuster movies and this is just one of them.
(Mrs. Nandom walks into the sitting room with Shilah's two little brothers)
Mrs. Nandom: Hi girls, I hope you are enjoying yourselves.
Shilah: We are mum.
Mrs. Nandom: I can see that. I hope that movie is age appropriate.
Shilah: Emmm....
Mrs. Nandom: I will only allow you for today but next time you wouldn't be this lucky.
Shilah: (Thanks mum. (She says, hugging her mother tightly)
Mrs. Nandom: Now, go and get some drinks for you and Alero. Oh! And your brothers too, they kept asking me of you because they miss you. So, I have brought them to stay with you and Alero here.
Shilah: But mum.....
Mrs. Nandom: No buts. You will take care of them and when it gets too late you put them to sleep, is that clear?
Shilah: Yes mum. (She said while wearing a long face)
Alero: (Rushes to meet Shilah's brothers) How are you? What is your name?
Dennis: My name is Dennis, but mummy calls me Denny.
Alero: Okay, Dennis. How old are you?
Dennis: Five years. Daddy says I am still a baby.
Shilah: Don't mind Dennis, Alero. He is a talkative, if you ask him a question he will give you five answers.
Alero: (Giggles)
Shilah: Don't mind me, always cracking my jokes.
Alero: Wow, Shilah. Look at your other brother, he looks just like you.
Shilah: Does he?
Alero: He really does. What is your name?
Anthony: (Just looks at Alero)
Shilah: Anthony does as if he doesn't talk, when he sees people, but when you go, he becomes Dennis's partner in crime.
Alero: Lucky you, Shilah. Lucky you.
Shilah: Please, forget all about that. This movie will not wait for us.
(Soon it was time for Alero and her family to go home. And she already started feeling lonely the second they came out of Shilah's house. Immediately she got home, she began texting Shilah. She felt so lucky to have a best friend like Shilah. Although she was her only friend but she took her as her sister. She made Alero forget all about her dyslexia.)
(Lights out)
