(Alero and Shilah are seen sitting on a bench during break time eating brunch and discussing)
Shilah: So how do you like it here?
Alero: Hmmm, the school is fanciful........
Shilah: I can agree with you on that one.
Alero: Yes (giggles a little) you are the only student that seems to be nice to me since my four hours and thirty minutes stay here.
Shilah: No, I don't think so.
Alero: But it's true.
Shilah: So tell me a little about yourself.
Alero: Okay, what do you want to know?
Shilah: Anything, anything at all.
Alero: Okay (stammers a little since she is a shy girl) I am the only child.
Shilah: Ehhn, go on.........
Alero: Oh! You want to know more.
Shilah: But, if you don't want to tell, you don't have too.
Alero: No, it's not like that...... (Immediately the school bell rang for break over)
Shilah: Well, that's the bell. Let's get to class quickly, the next subject is History and the teacher is Miss Grace, you should never get her angry or you would serve her never ending punishments.
Alero: Really?
Shilah: Really, really. Alero, can I ask you a question?
Alero: Yes, what is it?
Shilah: From the moment I started asked you to tell me about yourself you seemed scared and defensive. I hope you are not hiding anything?
Alero: What! Why would you think that? (She said, almost sarcastically)
Shilah: Okay then........ (Shilah wished that she could believe Alero, but she just couldn't. She believed that Alero was hiding something and no amount of talk could convince her that Alero wasn't. She wished she would know what it was and why Alero acted that way but she didn't bother because she wanted to trust her new friend)
Alero: (began to think aloud)
