Rain silently twirled the Fettucini around her fork and ate it. The Alfredo was very rich and streamy, so it kinda drizzled onto her chin. Grabbing her napkin, she dabbed her chin and, luckily, heard Lium chuckle a bit. Cheeks heating up, she glanced up at him quickly and saw that he was facing the same problem. "That means that it's good, right?" she asked him with a nervous giggle. "Yes. it should." he replied softly. At that point, the server came in and dropped off the drinks.

Lium had a white wine in his glass. "What's that?" curiosity flickered in Rain's bright, glowing, blue eyes. "Ah, this is Riesling. It's a British wine." Lium answered, looking Rain in the eyes. Gosh his eyes.. What a lovely mi of blue and green... though green is a little more prominent...  Unconsciously, Rain studied his beautiful face, tilting her head to the left slightly. When Lium tilted his head, too, in response, Rain lowered her gaze and started eating again, flushing.

The server also brought in some Italian bread with some fluffy butter, and quickly left. After a few more bites of the delicious noodles, Rain had gathered up some more courage  "Are you from Britain?" Again, she tilted her head. Lium took in a short breath, as if surprised she asked. Hmmm... "Yes, actually. I was born in Hammersmith, a... what do you call it... suburb of London." Rain nodded slightly and twirled her noodles again. "What made you move here, to the States?"  Lium gently set down his fork and answered, "I wanted to get some more jobs..." He sounded like he was hiding something.

Before Rain could fully ponder this, Lium continued with a question of his own. "Where you born here in Texas? You don't have an accent like my friends would joke about back in Britain" Lium had amusement glowing in his eyes. Those eyes... "No, actually, I was born in Oklahoma. Were you surprised that we don't ride horses around everywhere, and that there was actually grass here?" Lium laughed aloud at this. "Sadly, yes, yes I did!' He leaned back in his chair with his hands behind his head, making his chair go on two legs.

Thinking quickly, Rain said "Look out!" and lightly tipped his chair with her big toe. Lium, at first screwing his face up in confusion, grabbed the edge of the table as he felt like he was going to fall backwards. Rain giggled and brought a curled finger up to her mouth, trying to cover her laughter. Lium raised an eyebrow and grinned. "You're a handful, no aren't you?" he stated. Rain tilted up her chin and replied immediately, "Yes I am!"

Lium glanced at their plates, they were almost done. "You finished eating?" he asked quickly. Rain thought for a second. "Yes. I'm full." She smiled softly and looked at her hands, which were under the table. Lium brought out his phone again and texted the server. He appeared simultaneously and gathered their plates and cups. Lium stood and murmured to the server, "Thank you, Ab." Nice name. He then went over to Rain, who was also standing, and asked, "What would you like to do now?"

Good question... And then her feminist, who has been quiet, whispered to her, Why not find where his bedroom is? and winked at her. "Where is the restroom?" she asked him quietly. "Right this way." Lium hooked his arm around hers and they walked down the hallway, passed the stairs, and towards a turn in the corridor. It opened up into another set of stairs and an archway on the other side of it. Rain straightened up at the stairs. It looked like there were more than last time...

Lium grinned and reassured her, "Don't worry. We're going down the hallway. Oh thank God. The archway had a twin set of full glass doors that opened to the outside hallway. It was covered, and had one side- the left side- open with archways and a wooden railing. Small potted plants hung in the middle of each arch, and their leaves drifted halfway to the ground below. They continued to a door in the middle of the hallway. Lium opened it to reveal a small bathroom. "Here you are. I'll wait at the other end of the walkway." he told her, and when she nodded, he casually strolled away.

Rain finally got a good look at his clothing. He was wearing a light blue, collared, long sleeved shirt that were pushed up to his elbows, and a pair of dark navy blue formal-like pants. He was also wearing a pair of black leather shoes. His hair was styled- and still wet from his shower- into a small swoop at the front. She could also see a glint of silver around his neck. I wonder what that is.

The bathroom was more like what people call a powder room. It was small, only had a standing, white marble sink and a matching toilet. The faucet was silver, and so was the nob to flush. There was a oval mirror behind the sink. Rain looked at the small, decorative clock that hung on the oposite wall of the mirror and toilet. 9:36 already? Dang... Time flies by!

Rain made sure to fix her hair and reapplied her light pink lip balm and checked her teeth for any food. None. To wash out some of the smell of Alfredo, Rain sprayed a bit of spray-on mouthwash. Coughing slightly, Rain opened the door and walked out. Jeez, it's comforter' pouring! The tiled walkway was bray with water splashing on the edge. She didn't get wet, but there was some mist from the splash. She could see Lium leaning against back wall with a toothpick in his mouth. Her eyes widened a bit as they lit up. How did I get to meet this beautiful man...?

As she walked towards him, she was conscious of the loud click her heels were making. She clasped her hands together behind her back once she stopped a foot away from him. He grinned and stood up fully. "Right this way, Miss Withersteam." he gestured into the room as he held the door open for her. Rain smiled up at him and walked in. More carpet? I don't think I can walk on this with heels...

The room had light gray walls, a king bed with a darker gray comforter, white sheets, and two pillows neatly set against the iron headboard with matching pillow cases as the comforter. There was also a standing mirror- with the same black iron as the headboard and stand of the bed- in a corner on the oposite wall of the bed. Then there was a large, wooden dresser that was three and a half feet tall, and probably five feet long with six drawers on it. The ceiling fan's light matched the others' and had a black iron base and spinners. The double closet doors were wooden, as with the opened door to the bathroom.

"Nice room. Who's is it?" Rain asked wearily. She slowly walked to the plush, dark brown, leather bench that was pressed against the footboard, sat down, and took of her heels. As she rubbed her tired feet, she watch Lium slowly close the doors. She narrowed her eyes and slightly lifted an eyebrow. When Lium walked toward her, he finally answered, "It's my room. I need to tell you some stuff- and don't you dare morph into a dragon or something. There's an electric feild in here that will shock you for even thinking about it."
