Kai Chisaki, my 'boss,' or the person who kidnapped me and forced me to join the Shie Hassaikai. He is obsessive about cleaning and hates quirks with a passion. He only cares about himself and destroying quirks. He is also the man who caught my heart.

"Hey, bird beak, where are we going?" I asked, walking beside Rappa. "I'm surprised he hasn't killed you yet." Rappa said, looking down at me. I smirked confidently. "He can't." Rappa tilted his head in confusion.

As we were walking back a brick wall I smashed my hand into it, causing it to break into small pieces, as Kai's quirk would do, and it reformed in a matter of seconds. "Oh, damn, so he has to deal with you forever, huh?" I nodded smugly.

There was one way to kill me, but I never told anyone. If someone wanted to kill me, they'd have to smash my heart at the same time of smashing my skull, which isn't a walk in the park. So far, I haven't found a single person who's quirk would be strong enough. Not even Kai.

We continued to walk to the destination that Kai had in mind. He didn't tell us anything besides "Get ready we're leaving," which didn't help much. I just sighed, realizing he wasn't going to answer.

I was so scared of rejection, that I made myself become disrespectful to try and hide the fact I had feelings for him. I thought that if I showed no respect for him, he would never figure out my true feelings.

We passed by a thug jumping through a store window. "H-hey, someone stop them!" The shopkeeper ran outside screaming. A pro tried to stop him but others attacked him.

"You really think we'd travel alone!" They howled with laughter as they drove away in a truck. "That's where we're going, and stop calling me bird beak." Kai glared at me as we followed the thugs slowly.

It seemed that acting like this was pushing his from me also, instead of just hiding my feelings. I don't know how to feel about it really. Do I just go out and tell him or keep it to myself some more?

Life is all questions, but it's not long enough to answer them all. Sometimes you just gotta take a blind leap and hope you land on the other side.

"Y/N?" I was brought back into reality by Rappa waving his hand in from of my face rapidly. "What?" I hissed back. "You were spaced out and Overjerk was looking at you funny." My face flushed red. "I was just thinking about something." I said, looking down in embarrassment. He nodded looked forward again.

Once we caught up with the thugs they started trash talking us. I rolled my eyes and jumped up on the roof of a building nearby, since I was usually the lookout. Kai gave us the order to kill them, causing everyone around to run screaming.

"Chrono, there's a hero coming up on your side." I said pointing slightly to the left of him. He sighed and jumped down to 'take care' of the lingering Pro. After 'taking care' of him he climbed back up the street light.

"We got the money, lets skedaddle," he paused watching Kai not move an inch. "Overhaul?" Kai slowly turned only to be faced by a figure wearing a mask.
