"So, she will be fine?" Master Lu double checked to be sure.
Han Ei nodded her head.
Master Lu released the breath he had been holding.
"Right now, she is weak but since she suffered this backlash it means that she grasped the method to cultivation. In a way this is a good thing. Now she can take the pill Un Mei gave her and properly cleanse her body as well as widen her veins. Once she recovers, she--" Han Ei noticed in that moment the pill bottle and note in Ai Li Sha's other hand.
Ai Li Sha was clutching both so tightly that Han Ei could not remove them from Ai Li Sha's fingers without breaking them, so she pushed Ai Li Sha's pressure point, causing Ai Li Sha to release the items involuntarily.
Master Lu looked on from the side and observed her every movement carefully.
"Someone entered the protective array!" Han Ei said as she took the items. Those were not things Ai Li Sha could have, at least the pill within the bottle was a grade that Han Ei could not even dream of cultivating yet.
Master Lu reacted immediately and turned to activate an alarm that would let everyone know there was an intruder.
He then took the note from Ai Li Sha's hands and read it.
Looking at it he relaxed immediately. "Han Ei, go to master and tell him everything is fine. The one who came was my friend. False alarm, false." He said as he looked down at the paper.
Han Ei nodded and left to lift the alert. She smiled just a tad thinking that everyone was probably frantically searching for the intruder, but it was just Brother Lu's friend. Master Xi would definitely have a fit later.
Master Lu read the note a few times and then burned it into smithereens.
"It appears I have to make a trip into Wei Li continent again. Ki Chen is being stubborn again." Master Lu whispered under his breath.
---Three days later--
Ai Li Sha slowly opened her eyes and looked at Master Lu and Grand Master Xi, both had been watching her intently, patiently waiting for her to wake up.
Master Lu nodded several times with a huge smile on his face. Grand Master Xi nodded once and then walked up to pat Ai Li Sha on her little head. "Well done."
As soon as Ai Li Sha had gotten better, she had jumped right back into cultivation and had even ingested the pill Un Mei had given her. She was now on the fast track to overcoming the limits of humans.
Already she had quickly upgraded her cultivation twice to the second rank. She was much faster than before and she did not tire as quickly. Unfortunately, most people could easily reach the second level within their lifetimes, it was an uphill battle from there.
Regardless Ai Li Sha was very happy with her advancement, especially when the beginning had been so full of stumbling blocks.
From then on days passed like flowing water. Ai Li Sha grew into a beautiful young woman and her Senior Sisters similarly became beauties known throughout the continent.
They were all known as the four Lotus flowers of the Hana Sect, so renowned was their beauty and grace.
"Li Sha, master is calling you." Un Mei said as she brushed a strand of brown hair back. Her beautiful face highlighted by a red painted smile on her lips. It matched perfectly with the red dots on her forehead.
"Ok, I'll go right now." Ai Li Sha dropped the twin swords she had been playing with and skipped on down to Grand Master Xi's room.
