*skip ~ 2 months later Jackie's now 8 months. It's two weeks before her dues date, & Nathan's parents are flying in today, earlier than expected (I'm changing the names of Nathan's parents ..."
I looked down at my enormous stomach as the twins moved around, kicking me and probably each other.
"My mother won't be able to keep her hands off your stomach." Nathan smiled walking into the bedroom. "You're huge, which is a good thing, don't get me wrong." I could tell he was nervous about his parents coming down. His parents and I only met once back in London at one of his swim meets, but we exchanged few words.
"Should I be nervous?" I asked biting my lower lip.
"No, trust me." he kissed my cheek. "We have to leave soon, so finish your makeup." Their flight arrived at Four Twenty, and it was only One Thirty, but the drive to Orlando is two hours, and Nathan loves to be early, while I'm late for everything.
His parents were staying down for exactly a month and two days. My due date is in two weeks, and I'm really starting to get nervous. In less than a month, I'm going to be a mother, to not just a baby, but two.
I only applied mascara to my top lid, leaving the rest of my face as is. I walked out to see Nathan putting his shoes on in the living room.
"You ready babe? It's a long drive."
"Yeah I'm ready." I smiled. He picked up the keys off the coffee table. "Let's go." I was actually excited to finally meet his mom and dad.
We both sat down in front seats of the car, Nathan put the key in the ignition, but didn't start it.
"One last thing, my dad is a very honest person, a little too honest, brutally honest. Please don't fight with him, I know how you love to stick up for yourself and speak your mind, but please control yourself." my eyes popped out of my skull, but I didn't say anything, nor get mad, I took a deep breath to calm myself down.
"Alright babe, I'll keep hush." I said as I took another deep breath.

As we pulled up to the airport, I felt the twins flip flop around inside of my stomach. We walked in, and up the boarding section where his parents plane would land.
"I'm excited." I smiled, looking over at Nathan as we sat down to wait, he was biting his nails.
"I am too." he lied, clearing his throat. I just nodded, keeping a small smile on my face. "We've been waiting her for a while."
"It's been five minutes babe." I put my hand on his knee to reensure him. "The plane isn't suppose to land for another fifteen minutes or so."
"I know." he took in a deep breath, playing with his untrimmed hair.
"Why are you so nervous?" I finally asked him.
"I just want them to like you." he shrugged, rubbing his hands over his jeans.
"They're here for the twins, not me, don't worry about it." I smiled, placing my hands on my stomach. I watched the planes as they landed, wondering what it'd be like to fly one, then realizing I'm afraid of heights.
"Look! There it is! That's the plane! American Airways!"
"Yeah I can see Nathan." I rolled my eyes trying to get up.
"I got you babe." Nathan put his hand on my lower back, helping to pull me up. "Come on, let's go get them." he held my hand as we walked over a few feet to where they'd be coming out.
