Mikan now leans away. She grabs Akako's hands in hers and brings them close to her face, not being able to look at Akako. She speaks into her sisters hands, almost pleading and praying.
"You, you will do the same. Right? You won't leave me? We'll be...
"As long as you two do as I say, I shall treat you specially." Kuonji smiles as the twins face him. "Oh. It appears that Sakura Akako won't be with us for much longer. Your health seems to have been deteriorating at a faster rate this past month, hasn't it?" The ESP feigns sympathy when he sees blood around Akako's nose, but everyone present could tell that it was insincere.
Mikan gasps at his words, knowing that they are true. She panics when Akako moves to stand up, but freezes when she sees the expression on her twin. As she stands on her feet, Akako shakes her head and clears it of the blurry mess that it is in.
Little does Akako know that the words that Kuonji said anger a certain strawberry blonde. Rage and jealousy mix within Luna and she rushes forward towards Akako. The girl was unprepared, but managed to raise her hands to shield herself as Luna latches herself onto Akako.
They begin to fight with one another, neither willing to relent or give up. Luna, wanting to prove to Kuonji that she was worthy of his affection; Akako, trying to show that she would definitely protect herself and her sister.
At that moment, the door opens and reveals their Sensei. "Mikan-Chan! Akako-Chan!" Narumi shouts as he slams the door to the ESP's office open.

Everyone watches in shock at the scene as Luna keeps pursuing Akako. "What are you- this is-!" Narumi stutters as he watches the scene.
A Stone begins to form in Akako's hand; causing everyone around except Mikan to look at her in shock. A deadly fire ignited within Luna and she grabs Akako's elbow.
"Narumi-Sensei!" Mikan shouts, hoping that her teacher and father figure could possibly help her younger sister.
Akako raises her leg and kicks Luna in the chest, forcing the strawberry blonde to trip backwards.
Kuonji stares in awe at the twins, "Narumi-Sensei! I have to say, these two students of yours are magnificent! And since you brought Sakura Mikan into this academy, I won't have to worry when Sakura Akako leaves this world. And until then, I'll have double the Stealing Alice." He muses. A psychotic gleam appearing in his ember eyes. "Without any struggle, Sakura-Chan was able to Steal Koizumi's Alice!" He chuckles, watching as Mikan holds her younger sister in her arms. His chuckle sends cold shivers down the spines of everyone.
Luna glowers at Akako who is struggling to stay upright. "You dare... You dare steal my Alice in front of the elementary school principal..?" Luna hisses, trying to see if it was possible to kill someone with a look.
Mikan tightens her grip on Akako's shoulders as the girl coughs once more. Because of this action, more blood spurts it's way out of her mouth, spotting on the back of her hand.
A few feet away, Persona gives orders to a timid girl, "Nobara. While the Elementary School principal is satisfied, trap both of the Sakuras' in your ice."
