Chapter 32: The return

Akako's POV

Tsubasa-Senpai cries out in pain, making me furious. I thrash around as much as possible, but each guy has a lock on my arm and I'm lifted up from the ground; I can't kick them in any way.

"Tsubasa-Senpai!" Mikan shouts as I keep trying to fight against the awful men who are holding me in the air.

"Azumi." The man with the glasses turns towards Z, "Ah! It's rare that you're here. Originally we'd planned to get rid of the nuisances and make it look like this incident never happened. Which can be done by removing their Alice's."

My heart drops at those words. What would my life be like without my Alice's? I wouldn't ever be able to see my friends again!

"To the black cat, this is a relief, isn't it?" He smirks at Natsume.

It if they take Natsume's Alice.... me and Ruka would never see him again..

The thought of that makes me want to cry.

"Sorry." My head snaps towards Z, "My Alice is not strong enough to handle this many Alice's."

"There's only five!" The man argues, but Z stares at me. "No. That girl has three Alice's. I can't handle hers and the rest of them."

The man glares at her, "You are obviously a parasite here, and useless in an emergency."

A roar of fire reaches my ears, and I look up to see a wall of fire in between us and the others.

Mikan is handed to the stone guy, making my blood boil.

"Tsubasa-Senpai, Danger!" Mikan warns, I look over to see Ruka push Tsubasa-Senpai out of the way, and his shoulder gets hit and turned to stone.

"Ruka!!!" Mikan calls, while I cry out as I see my best friend in pain on the floor.

"My, my. I guess the wall of fire messes with my concentration. But your friend there was hit in a terrible area. If it spreads enough, it could stop the blood flow to his heart."

Natsume starts to lash out, but his arm is turned to stone.

"Natsume!" Tears slowly fall down my face. "You guys get out of here!" Mikan calls. I look over to her, I won't let them escape without Mikan. She can't be here.

"The arm that you are used to using is now immobile. It will be hard to use your Alice now."

"We'll see about that." Natsume glares as he lights a fire in his other hand.

I take my eyes off of him and start to swing my body; my body swinging in the air throws the men holding me loose balance. I'm finally able to swing myself free as I kick them to the ground, I run towards Mikan and grab the stone guy by his arm. Letting go of Mikan, he grabs both of my wrists. "Stop this, you idiot!" I shout. I try kicking him in the stomach, but he dodges my kicks.

He starts to tilt to the side as Mikan pulls in his arm, "Stop!" She glares at him.

I won't let him hurt anyone else anymore! I can't take this anymore, I'm going to loose it if another one of my friends gets hurt.

He orders Z to take Natsume's Alice. I let go of the stone man and start to run towards Natsume, but I'm grabbed by a man again. He drags me back toward Mikan and I'm stuck next to her. I don't know why or if it's an Alice, but I can't walk towards them!

"Natsume!! Run, hurry, run away!" I call to him.

He doesn't move.

"Natsume! What are you doing?! Run; please run!" I call out. He doesn't move, so I turn towards stone guy, "Make her stop! Make her stop or else!"
