A/N: I'll try not to screw this chapter as much as the last. Currently listening to Piano Guys, though, so...

"Try not to pass out every time, Jellal." A salmon-haired Salamander croaked, his hands lit on fire and eyes narrowed as he stared at me. There was a hint of contempt in his gaze, which I ignored.
A week had passed with no word from either Mira or Erza. Natsu had tried multiple times to try and travel to our old camp. It seemed that the area's airspace had been locked; Natsu said it must've been Erza's work since he couldn't get through the defenses.
I had asked him whether it was a sign that the monster that had attacked us hadn't gotten them, as Erza had had enough time to seal the airspace, but he had shaken his head.
"It doesn't take a lot of energy to seal spaces, Jellal," Natsu had said, sighing and skulking away from me.
I still don't know how I had survived a week.
"I'm trying," my hands shook, as I tried to meteor across the camp clearing again. There was a rush of adrenaline in my veins, as I reached the other end of the camp. Natsu nodded, approval glinting in his eyes, but didn't say anything.
The overall mood in the camp was far too gloomy to say anything. Lucy was over in her tent, trying to summon things, as we had found out that her power was summoning powerful beings from other dimensions.
Pretty cool.
"C' mon, Jellal," Natsu put his hands behind his neck, blinking slowly, "Again. Do it till you know you can trust yourself. Because one day, your life will depend on this, as well as the World."
Muttering under my breath about Natsu being melodramatic, I shot across the camp several times, until my limps began to shake with overexertion.
There was a rustle near the corner of the camp, where Lucy's tent was, and Natsu's eyes were focused on the shrubs growing around us.
Nervously I picked my way up to the Vampire, "U-Uh, Natsu? Is something there?"
"I don't know," he responded, his voice low and quiet, "I- I-" he seemed lost for words as he opened his mouth, drawing in air to scent who or what the rustle was, "I- I smell Erza, but it can't be-"
Lucy screamed, running out of the tent to us. She latched herself to Natsu, her eyes closed as she shivered. Behind her, a snowman thing was following. I couldn't help but be concerned.
"Is this what you smelled?" I asked, scrunching my nose up, as the small thing followed, a cute bounce in its step. Lucy chuckled nervously, moving away from Natsu, who himself seemed a little startled.
