*Hey beauties! Wow it’s feels like a year that I haven’t written anything for you all. I’m so terribly sorry. But with PSAT, & other tests and classes to keep up with it’s becoming a bit difficult to keep up with this. I love Jeff and Nevada and all of you, so of course this story won’t ever go unfinished! Thanks to everyone who has read and continues to read ;)

Please keep voting and reading this story! Thankx :)

Nevada’s P.O.V

            “Ugh their almost out

I pushed past the breakable glasses to the last bottle of Jack Daniel’s Whiskey in the cupboard.

Greyson had fallen asleep in the attic watching American Horror Story reruns and I could not focus, not on him nor the show, so I came to the basement for a drink. Only this isn’t my first “drink”. It’s probably my 164th.

3:07am

Ehh it’s not too late for my walk.

Ever since Jeff left, I stabilized myself to some new “habits” as Grey calls them. Every night I take hourly walks up to Blackwood’s Peak, sitting at the very end of the cliff thinking. I know everyone would instantly suggest that it’s about Jeff, but really it isn’t. I mean don’t get it twisted, thoughts of Jeff spur through my mind on a daily basis…

Is he okay?

Does he even think of me?

Has he found someone new?

            But I also contemplate myself.

            Who am I becoming?

I took a long sip of whiskey and stepped out the front doors.

At the cliff…

By this time my body was moving but my mind kept still.

I perched my butt at the edge of the cliff letting my legs dangle over it.

I took another gulp of the bitter yet satisfying beverage.

Tilting my head I saw a dark shadow in the distance and began yelling at it to go away.

“Hello! Leave me alone!”

“Hey you leave! Leave me alone now!”
