Nevada's P.O.V

The Date.

Jeff blindfolded me the whole way out of the cabin area. He also carried me, although that part was not really necessary. Now here we were strolling down some fragmented sidewalk in the dead of midnight. I knew how Jeff fed himself, but I never truly understood the list and how he just automatically knows who his next victim would be. As we walked, Jeff kept telling me about who the lucky meal was going to be tonight. I couldn't help but shiver at how he described every part of this person's life and how excited he seemed to be.

"Can you imagine Neva! She murdered her own twin sister and still has yet to be caught! This is going to be so fucking good." Jeff cheered wiping his knife clean on the back of his pants. I inched away from him wandering along the edge of the sidewalk.

"I'm glad to see you enjoying yourself before you even sink your knife into her." Jeff's victim tonight was going to be a woman named Bellis Anderson. From what Jeff has told me, I knew that apparently, ten years ago, Bellis's parents were both surgeons who mysteriously both died of terminal cancer months after each other. In their will, Bellis's parents left most of their money to her twin sister Bella since Bellis had been a meth addict and could not be trusted with a huge sum of money. Three weeks after the final sharing of the will, Bella Anderson wound up dead in the pool of their Italian Villa and Bellis inherited it all. Now she lives in the Villa with her drug dealing boyfriend, wasting away her inheritance.

"I know. I haven't fed in months! Just the image in my mind..." Jeff paused mid way through his sentence, grabbing me into his arms, pressing wet kisses down my neck. I tugged his head upward and forced a smooth kiss onto his lips slowly pulling away.

"...makes me flustered with passion." He finished smirking with this toxic look left lurking in his eyes. Instantly, he placed me onto his back and sped off into the distance. In minutes we were standing outside a...I didn't really know how to describe what this was...

"Jeff. What the fuck is this?" Glancing around at what used to be a billion-dollar villa, remained shattered glass windows and spray painted walls. For a second, I could have sworn it was just some abandoned hospital. Crows sped off into the sky as we crept up to what was left of the front door. I stole Jeff's hand squeezing it tightly enough to crush all of my nervous thoughts. He turned and gawked in my direction, his face remaining ever so serious.

"No matter what happens, do not leave my side. When I say hide, hide." Jeff spat out his words so I knew he meant business. Terror-stricken as I was, I still wanted to be here with him. Just to witness how sinister my sweet talking Jeff could actually get.
