Nevada’s P.O.V

“Are you alright?” I have been grasping this guy’s head for the longest and my arms where becoming cramped. Though, I couldn’t help but feel for him, feel for us. All he was trying to do was save me from this wretched place, now he’s right beside me struggling and injured.

“Yeah, I heal pretty quickly anyways…” he got up roaming around the room to find a way out. It’s terribly grim in here. Even if we searched for hours there would be no way to get out of here.

“…Excuse me? What exactly are you looking for?” I questioned the guy as he kicked a piled boxes onto the ground.

“The same thing you were just looking for when you dragged me in here to save your ass. A way out.” He replied sharply.

“Look whoever you are! I didn’t force you to come in here, you could have walked away.” I crossed my arms across my chest. He stopped in place glaring an annoyed look at me.

“I have no time to argue with you. I was out in those woods looking for someone else…Not some kidnapped chick in a den!” Now we were face to face and I could make out what he looked like. He had an olive complexion. His lips were rose pink with snake bite piercings on each side. His hair’s black and styled in a scene way. Motioning a step back away, I saw something that shocked the crap out of me. His iris took over his eye. He had no pupils. His eyes were completely lime green with stars running across the iris like a galaxy.

“What is up with your eyes?” I gestured myself closer to him. They were amazing.

“Let’s just try to find a way out, okay?” he went back to pacing around the room, but I wanted to know more about him. I chased after him standing in his way.

“I want to know!” I stood waiting for him to reply.

“…Why are you so aggravating? Fine, but it’s a long story.” I sat down where I stood, glancing up at his face.

“Well if you haven’t noticed, we have time.”

Jeff’s P.O.V

“What the hell are you eating?” I quizzed Elijah sitting near him on a log in front of the tent.

“Fried leaves and muscles I found in that pond over there…” He pointed towards the muggy pond near the campsite.

“Okay, dude that’s just fucking nasty. Hurry up we have to start looking for Nevada now.” I got up feeling dizzy. My palms were sweaty, my chest ached. I needed to feed. I needed human blood.

“Jeff? When is the last time you actually ate something?” Elijah walked towards me.

“…I don’t remember…probably around the time Melody stabbed me…” I started shifting from the site, as Elijah caught up to me.

“Dude, that was months ago! I mean I would have gave you some of my breakfast but I’m half human, you’re not.” Elijah sounded awkward.
