Dark Secrets

Bakugo POV:

I wake up to the darkness of a room. The last thing I remembered was being taken into a portal by that Overhaul bastard and seeing Deku a bloody mess. "Where am I?" I try to get up, but realize that I'm chained to what I think is a chair. "Great, this just keeps getting better." All of a sudden, a monitor in front of me lights up and displays the words audio only. "Bakugo, it's good to see you've finally woken up." "Who the fuck are you and where am I?" The weird voice just chuckles before he answers me. "I see Tomura was correct about you having an attitude that is villainous. For reasons I personally have, I will not reveal my name. As for where you are, you are in the league of Villains hideout. We brought you here to see if you would join us." "And what makes you think I'll join a bunch of crooks like you? Sorry to burst your bubble, but me and Deku have a dream to be the two greatest heroes this world has ever seen. So being a villain is kinda defuses the purpose."

"You seem to have quite a lot of faith in your adopted brother Izuku Midoriya, yet he chooses to keep his original last name instead of yours, why is that?" "It's respect for his mother, something you'll never understand." "Perhaps, but are you so certain he truly trusts you entirely?" I look at the screen with a bit of confusion. "What are you talking about?" "What if I told you, he had a rather large secret that he refuses to tell you?" "We all have one or two, what's your point?" "What if this secret was one in which he would have the power of All Might and possibly give you the power as well, but chose to give it to his wife instead." I begin to think back on Ochako moving like Deku before and her sudden growth in strength. "As I said, we all have one or two secrets we don't want to share." "It's interesting really, you hold on to the idea that he is a brother to you even if he may not think the same. If he was your brother, wouldn't he want to give you power like that to make you both on an even playing field? Perhaps you mean less to him than you think you do? Keep that in mind, for you may find the truth out sooner than you think."

The monitor shuts off and leaves me in the darkness that I woke up to. 'A secret that pertains to All Might. I don't know what he's talking about, but that shouldn't be my number one concern right now.' I brush it off and focus on finding a way to get myself untied and escape. But in the back of my mind, I start to think about this and how things aren't adding up so much anymore.

At UA Izuku POV:

"Urgh, KAACHAN! Tch." I dart out of my unconsciousness to the remembrance of the last thing that happened before I passed out and my head still splitting from overusing my quirk. "Good to see your finally up." I look over to see that I'm in Recovery Girls office. "What happened?" "You collapsed after the attack on the training camp two days ago. I had them transport you here since I knew that you wouldn't sit by when you woke up. With that said, I was able to heal all your injuries during your time unconscious. Don't expect that to be a habit though." I look down at my right hand before I continue to get up to speed.

"What happened after I passed out?" "The athorities arrived a few minutes after and apprehended three of the villains. Muscilar, the death row inmate Moonfish, and a gas villain calling himself Mustard. On our end, 15 students are still in critical condition due to Mustards gas, 13 were injured to in varying degrees, 13 were unharmed, and well." I knew she was talking about Kaachan being taken. "On the pro heroes side, Pixie Bob had suffered a major injury to her head and is still recovering. Ragdoll was taken as well after we found Dabi beaten near an inch of his own life by a member of the eight precepts. I treated him on the spot since he needed it immediately. Physically he's ok. The rest were not harmed to a point that need to be clarified. But that doesn't mean that we aren't in the hot seat from the attack by the league either, the media are already swarming us and trying to shut down the school because of this."
