Ochako POV:

"Mommy, where's daddy?" "Daddy had to run an errand for us early this morning. But you'll see him in a little bit." I smile at Eri while Mandalay takes Izumi from me to allow us to do a few final set ups before we start our classes event for the Culture festival. "Hey Ocha, is Izu back yet?" Toga comes walking over in a white  sleeveless dress that wraps around her neck. "Sorry, not yet. Love your dress though." "Thanks, Kaachan helped me pick it out." She smiles as said person walks behind her.

"Still don't like the idea of you doing this. I hate the thought of you being ogled by people like that grape turd." "Aww, is someone afraid I'll be taken away from him." Katsuki turns his head away in irritation. "So what did you need Izu for?" Toga turns to me and smiles. "He promised to play for me in the beauty pageant while I sing." I smiled knowing Izu is doing a nice thing for her before Toga walks off and leaves me and Katsuki to talk. "How much you wanna bet he ran into that Gentle guy?" I start to remember the talk Sir Nighteye had with us some time ago.

About a week after Eri's rescue

"Gentle and La Brava?" "That's correct. Though low ranked villains that have only attempted robbery and resisting arrest on them for the most part. These two are exactly the type of people we need to look into." Sir Nighteye had payed me and Izu a visit and wanted to discuss some things with us. Katsuki was in the room at the time and overheard the whole thing. "I don't get why Deku needs to go after some loser villains like those. Let the cops or some other hero handle them."

"For the most part, I'd say you are correct Bakugo. But if you think on the times, this may benefit him as the new symbol." We listen more closely as he mentions this. "It is true that the villains have lost All For One, their symbol. But they could say the same thing about us with All Might. With that in mind, we need to show villains that think that this is the only way out for them that there is a choice. Gentle and La Brava or Tanjurou Tobita and Minami Aiba, are examples of said villains. If we were to reform them for good, we may lessen the burden of heroes in general by telling those that are not too far gone yet that there is a way out for them."

Izu listens and starts to question. "What do you want me to do?" "I want you to find them and catch them. During the interrogation, ask them to join you as heroes. Then and only then, will we find out if their too far gone. Consider this like shogi. The villains have moved heroic pieces like Monoma to their whim. We must do the same with pieces such as Gentle and La Brava. It is the only way to win this struggle and come out the dominant ones." "Take the fight out of a villain and add to our ranks, I like the sound of that." Izu agrees before Eri comes in crying about a scraped knee. Izu takes her and heads to the bathroom to wash it off and put a band aid on her.

Back to present

"Knowing my husband and your brother, I wouldn't put it past him."

Izuku POV:

I watched and felt Gentle gives off a strange energy after the girl said 'I love you' to him. In an instant, I felt the man run up and punch my gut to send me flying into the woods near UA. "Ow, that hurt." I came back to my senses and dodged Gentle when he was about to stomp me out. I started to get serious at that point and took a fighting stance. "I'm guessing the power up was your assistants doing?" La Brava jumps off Gentle and runs in UA's direction. "Get back her-" I'm stopped by a punch to the face by Gentle.

"Your fight is with me boy. Now show me what the youngest pro hero is capable of." I was feeling the pressure now, but for some reason I wasn't uneasy. In fact, I felt excited. For the first time since All For One, someone would make me combine both my quirks to their limits. "Don't say I didn't warn you!" I charge OFA and Black Presence together and leap to Gentle. I give him one right to start, to which he blocks before winding up and hitting him in the side of his head with the back of my foot. He wen't sliding back and was stunned.
