"Huh?" I wake up to complete white all around me and nothing for what looks like miles. "Where am I? Oh yeah, I got blasted by AFO's attack head on. Guess that did me in." I float there for a few seconds before I start to talk to myself. "So this is the end huh? Absolutely nothing left. I couldn't stop AFO, I couldn't say goodbye to my kids, I couldn't even save myself." I start to put my hand on my face and laugh at my own worthlessness. "For all my life, I thought I could avoid the problem of people calling me a villain by becoming a hero. But in the end, the quirk that they thought was villainous was far more evil than even they thought. Now I'm dead with the only quirk that could save the world from a kleptomaniac of quirks inside me with no chance of it coming back. Ha ha ha, was my life really meant anything outside of this? Did everything that happen before my death even matter at all?"

"You don't mean that do you?" "Who's there?" I look around to find the source of the voice to see a bit of light shine next to me. "I'm a bit insulted that you've forgotten what your own mothers voice sounds like."

'Mom?' I look away to the blank void. "Are you here to bring me into the afterlife?" "No, it isn't your time yet. But if something isn't done soon, that may be an option." I stay quiet for a few seconds before I speak. "I'm sorry I had to die for me. It should've been me that died that day and not you." "I don't blame you Izuku. I made a choice to save you over me and I never looked back on it." "But you died to save one of the worlds most dangerous beings." "Stop it Izuku, I raised you better to not look down on yourself." I stop and listen to her. "What AFO said may be true, but when have you've ever used the power to not help anyone? Did you not use it to save your classmates, your children, even your own wife?" "You've been watching me?" "Of course, your my son. A mother will always watch over their children, even if their not able to physically be there anymore. It's also because of that, that I know why your here."

I'm no hero, I don't have the right to." "And why do you think that?" "Why wouldn't I? This thing that I was born with, it was made to kill people. It was made to make this worlds only hope die. Because of it, I'm nothing more than a villain with it!" I start to feel tears come down my face. "Do you remember the day I died, the words I told you? I told you to never let anyone call you a villain. You promised me that." "That was before I knew my quirk was made as the worlds anti symbol of hope." "Quirks aren't as black and white as you think they are." Another stream of light comes to show a woman with the same hair as mom, but a tad different.
