Habit x Noah

The sound of screaming, became a normal sound. Each day Habit brought a new person over, just to torture them till they had no will left. He always loved the excitement of the kill, the blood draining out of his victims. How they always begged for mercy, until their vocal cords where ripped up.
With each one of his victims, he try's to be more creative. How many times can he stab someone until they bleed out? How long does it normally take for someone to die, once they are lit on fire? So many ways to kill people, but not enough time.
His partner Vinny, always did question why he killed people. Well, that was until Habit got tired of his questions and tried to kill him. That's when Vinny learned, to never ask Habit any questions. Unless he wanted his name on his list, of people he was going to kill.
In all of Habit's life, he's never had someone stand up to him. They would always be filled with fear, once they saw what they where dealing with. Well, that was before Habit met Noah Maxwell.
Noah was different then all the people he's met in his life, and he's lived a long life. He was just helping out an old friend of his, and that's when everything changed.
He thought at first it would be fun to mess with Noah first. To get him afraid before he would talk to him. To his surprise, Noah was still his cocky self when he "brought" him to his house. Noah stood up do him, and called him things he's never heard said to him. He was surprised that Noah had the guts to tell him off, but he had to hide it. He couldn't let Noah have the enjoyment of watching him being shock.
For once, there was no blood in his talk. Whenever he talked to someone, there would be yelling and some bloodshed. Noah was different, he was smarter then any people he's ever met. He knew when to keep his mouth shut, and when to make a comment. That's what he liked from Noah, but also hated.
After that meeting he felt a strange feeling in his stomach. At the time he thought it was admiration for how brave he was. Habit's feeling changed after the meeting at the bridge.
After he kicked Noah out of his house, he thought he wouldn't see him for a long time. That's when he was wrong for once in his life. He saw Noah just a few hours later, in the Candleverse. Habit was confused as how he got there, since he didn't invite him there. Yet, he could remember the words that Jeff told him.
"Kill yourself, that's the only way that it will stop." That pissed off Habit, in a way he never thought could happen. So, he frightened off Jeff, and talked to Noah himself. He tried to convince him to not kill himself, yet he couldn't understand why he was doing this. His a blood thirsty demon, that used to work with the Nazis. Nobody should ever trust anything that came out of his mouth.
Yet, he wanted Noah to live his life to the fullest. He didn't want those Collective fucks, torturing him every night. Same as that damm Observer, Noah could use a full nights sleep for once. Noah didn't deserve any of the shit that was happening to him. So why was Habit even thinking this? He has never shown any kindness to any humans. Well, besides a little bit to Vinny, but that's besides the point.
Once Noah left the Candleverse, he had time to think about everything that had happen in only a few hours. All of his thoughts wouldn't stop, no madder how hard he tried to stop them. Instead of trying to figure them out, he went out to find someone to torture. It's better for everyone to see him as who he was made to be, not some softy demon.
A few years later, he mostly forgot about Noah. He was living by himself, since everyone else Evan knew was dead. He didn't know how it happened, but we was suddenly scrolling through the TribeTwelve YouTube channel. It was pretty normal, like the stuff they would normally post.
That's until Habit got to the videos of Noah crying. Something in his dark heart broke, yet he decided to ignore it. Then he got to the newer videos, with Noah begin stuck in a dimension he's never seen before.
The laptop turned black, and cracks appeared in the middle. Habit had punched the laptop, and was steaming with anger. Noah's been stuck in that hell hole for years, yet he is just beginning told about this.
Habit got up from his chair, and made his way to the basement. The steps where yelling out in pain, whenever he took a step on them. The table came clear, as the weapons had a new glare to them. He grabbed his machete, and twirled it around a bit.
When he was done playing with his toy, he decided it was time to bring Noah home. While he was at it, this might be the perfect time to kill the fucker that's the leader of this whole thing. With a snap, he was gone to bring back a boy that deserved better in life.

Everything was a big jumble of colours. It hurts the eyes after awhile. Habit try's to block out the colours, as he keeps his focus on the path. The path started off in a straight line, then it turned into many twists and turns. It was like that fucker was trying to keep him from finding Noah.
The path was suddenly normal again, well as normal as it can get in this dimension. A big blob of black catches his eyes, as a smirk comes to his face. "Looks like he's done with hiding, took him long enough." Habit whispered, as he starts to walk slowly to the black mass ahead of him.
The closer he gets, he notices that the shape wasn't moving. It was just laying there in the middle of the road. "That fucking better not be what I think it is." Habit starts to run to the shape, that turns into a human. He gets closer to it, and he can hear his own heart crack.
Noah was there, bleeding out from stab wounds. His eyes where almost glazed over, as his breathing was quick. Small chocking sounds came from him, as blood comes out with each cough.
Habit kneels down, and pulls Noah closer to him. "Looks like that fucker got to you before I got to him." Noah attempts to laugh, which leads to him wincing in pain. "Your not wrong about that, for a skinny bastard. He does put up a good fight."
Habit lets out a small chuckle, as he looks into Noah's deep brown eyes. "Even while your on your death bed, your still your cocky self, aren't you."
Noah takes a few minutes to respond, as he grabs onto Habits hand. "You know, you aren't that bad as everyone makes you out to be. Like, I know you've killed everyone that Evan knew. Yet, there's a spark in you, that's hard to find these days." He lets out a small cough, then continues his sentence. "That's probably why I had so much courage talking to you. I knew that you wouldn't hurt me, no madder how many times you threatened me."
They both go quite, as they just look into each other's eyes. With each passing second, Noah could feel the life leaving his body. With Habit being quite, Noah decided that he needed to do something since Habit wouldn't.
With as much strength he had left, Noah brought his right hand up to Habit's face. Since his left one was still holding his hand. Habit gave him a confused look, as he didn't understand human emotions that well. Thats before Noah brought his lips to Habit's, as a goodbye kiss. It wasn't long before Noah, ended it as he was trying to save his breath.
Habit sat there in shock, as he tried to bring understanding to the warmth in his chest. He took a look at Noah, to see him smirking on the ground. "I've lived a pretty lonely life, so am I don't aloud to kiss someone before I die?" After he said that, his eyes start to close, and his breathing slows down.
"Keep on living your life, how you've always had Habit. Don't change how you are, cause I love how you are right know." His breathing stops, as Habit cry's one of his first tears in his whole life.
"I'm sorry it took me this long to notice, that I love you to Noah." He grabs Noah's lifeless body, and lets out his years of built up pain and anger. Just wishing he could go back to when Noah was alive. He would've told him how he truly felt, and tell him he wasn't a monster. He was just a broken soul, wishing that he could be fixed.
