Noah x ObserverLight shines through the curtains, trying to wake up the person sleeping below. Noah starts to move about on his bed, never giving himself a break. Suddenly, a loud shrieking noise, echoes throughout the house. That was enough for Noah to wake up from his nightmares.
He wakes up with a bolt, his whole body was in a panic. Arms shaking out of fear, and his chest asking for more air then it needs. The noise stops, as Noah try's to collect his bearings. When his breathing becomes normal, he slowly grips on his bed sheets. Only to yank them off of him.
His legs are shaky, with each step he takes. Each breath he took, was quicker then the last. Which leads him closer to having a panic attack. The door handle is gripped in his hands, as he opens it with as much force that he could. The handle nearly falls off the door, in the process.
He takes a step into his hallway, hands touching the wall on his right for support. Each step, was harder to take then the last. It took all of his effort not to fall to the ground, and become a crying mess. The hallway starts to widen, as the living room comes into view. The curtains where pulled back, revealing the sun outside.
It took a moment for him to realize, that he never really opens any of his curtains. He prefers the darkness of his surroundings, matching how he felt each day. His hands let go of the wall, as his breathing calms down. He takes a step towards the couch, as he ignores the sunlight attacking his sleep deprived eyes.
As his steps stop at the couch, he flops down onto it. Slowly forgetting why he even got out of bed in the first place. He has been keeping himself wake for as long as he could. Just to make sure none of those creeps would end up doing anything to him.
Yet, sometimes he feels Déjà Vu whenever he try's to think of the night he feel asleep mysteriously. He could remember clearly the alcohol in his throat, and the breaking of glass. The wetness of his tears staining his face, as he cried in somebody's arms.
He try's so hard to put a face on this person, yet never could. It was like they where wiped from his memory.
His eyes stay shut for a good while, as he gets the sleep that he deserves to get. While Noah didn't know was he was getting watched from his secret little admirer.
Observer has been watching over Noah since the night he broke down. Always watching over him, making sure he wouldn't do anything dumb again. To see Noah, throwing his whole life away. It made him sadder, then he already felt.
It makes it feel like it's his fault Noah's like this, always having to suffer in each second of his life. Having to drink, just so he can be calm. It hurts him a lot, and he wants to change for the better. Observer doesn't care if he will get in crap for this, but he wants to help Noah.
Observer slowly makes his way to Noah's sleeping form, and he places his hand on him. Noah's breathing, slows down at the touch. Observer sits down next to Noah, as he attempts to cuddle him.
He wants to try, to let Noah at least have one good sleep. After making him go through so many nightmares in the past, he wants to give him good dreams from know on. Noah deserves much more then what he has now.
After awhile, both of their breathing becomes in sync. As Observer starts to drift off, Noah starts to move a bit. Observer, freezes as he hopes that Noah will just fall back asleep. Well, it looks like luck wasn't on his side, as Noah opens his eyes.
They both stay in their spots, as Noah notices there is someone next to him. He jerks up fast, kicking Observer off the couch in the process. He looks around the room, then his eyes finally see the demon on the ground.
"Why the hell are you in my house?" Observer opens his mouth to respond, but is cut off by Noahs rant. "Also, why where you next to me on the couch? What where you planning on doing to me?"
"Noah." Observer says calmly, as he gets off of the ground. He looks over to Noah, who was fuming in his spot. "I just wanted to come over to make sure you where okay. I wasn't going to harm you."
Noah giggles a little, as Observer gives him a strange look. "Like, I'm going to believe that you weren't going to harm me in any way." Observer lets out a frustrated sigh, as he makes his way towards Noah.
"What are you-" Noah try's to say, before he gets crushed into a hug. He doesn't know how to react, so he returns the hug. So, he doesn't anger the demon in any way. They stay hugging for awhile, until Noah gets tired of it, so he stops hugging him.
Observer let's him go, as he looks deeply into Noah's eyes. "I'm tired of hurting you Noah. I want to make up for all of the times I've hurt you in the past. You deserve a lot more, then what's been happening to you lately. I also understand if you don't forgive me, I just want to try to change for the better."
The silence after his speech, was unsettling. They could hear their own breathing. Noah was the first one to speak up. "I'm not going to forgive you yet, but I'll give you a chance. Only this one though, so don't ruin this chance."
Observer lets out a smile, as he jumps up in joy. He can finally try to repair the damage that he has done to Noah. Also, just maybe. He could get closer to him, and hopefully he will see him. Just like Observer views him.Sorry if this seems rushed near the end. :/
