I wake up in the morning with the sound of my phone pinging. It pinged a few times and I finally got up to look at it.

"It's been doing that for like an hour." Kenzie tells me.
"Oh. Sorry... I'm quite a deep sleeper. I didn't hear it until now." I tell her.
"Don't worry about it." She says.

I pick up my phone and see that I've got loads of notifications from Instagram.

"What the hell." I say as I look at the picture that I had been tagged in.
"Yeah. Who'd have known. A gay jock." Kenzie laughs slightly.
"Yeah..." I say as I scroll through the comments.

"Ugh I hate people." I tell Kenzie.
"Well quite a few people stuck up for you." She laughs.

I smile at her.

"Dad's serving breakfast." Cyrus says bursting into Kenzies room. "Oh and sorry about all that. Me and Tyler didn't know it'd cause you so much shit." He tells us.
I looked at him shocked. "That was you. You two did that!?" I shout at him questioningly.

He looks at me scared and I get up out of bed and chase him down the stairs whilst he screams 'sorry' to me until I turn back round into Kenzies bedroom.

I grunt as I walk back into her room.

"Breakfast!" Kenzie cheers.
I laugh at her. "I now hate your brother."
"I noticed." She laughs. "C'mon I'm hungry." She tells me, grabbing my hand and dragging me to the kitchen.

"Morning you two." Her dad chimes as we take a seat.
"Morning!" Kenzie sings.
"Morning." I sigh.

~Cyrus~

Seeing all the horrible comments about Emily broke my heart. She's such a lovely girl and she deserves better than all of this shit that she's getting. I really like. I've never felt this way about anyone before, obviously apart from my sister, but I feel really protective over her. Like I just need to protect her. I really do like her.

~Emily~

I look over at Cyrus and catch him staring at me. I just ignore him and eat my breakfast.

Their dad is such a good cook!
