We wake up and quickly head to the City Center, which is closed. Carolyne shoots an arrow to a plank, and it disappears. I use a Card Magic named "Truth" which made the other planks disappear. We look at each othet and high fives. El'Nir notices something and casts a spell which lights up the whole inside, and instead of some offices, an altar is in the middle and in front of it, is a mysterious woman which is meditating. Carolyne recognizes the girl, and looks at me.
"Don't you recognize her?" She asks to me.
"No... not at all..." I reply, which makes Carolyne confused.
"You have forgotten some others. There were 4 of us, you, me, her, and Justin." Carolyne explains, then I remember what they were. I look at the meditating woman, and to my surprise, her hair and clothes was the first that I recognize.
"Jessie Lyndis!" I suddenly say, and Carolyne blocks my mouth, but it was too late.
The woman stops meditating and approaches us, with a P226 Pistol in her left hand and a strange knife on her left.
"LightForce User! Stop! Do not engage!" Jane suddenly shouts, and the woman looks at all of us.
"Carolyne? Mark? Is that really you?" She asks, and to my surprise, we both nod.
"Jessie.. right?" I ask.
She nods.
We 3 group hug.
The others look in awe.
"Ah, 3 students, now 3 different persons! Altaris never had this many!" El'Nir and Laura exclaims.
"Hold on... 3 students... the 4th one must be..." I noticed, then I spy a man walking around, holding an ID and is wearing assassin clothes.
"Him." I point to the man. The man looks at me, and he approaches me, and I quickly draw my hand back, and he looks at me.
"What do you think your doing?" He asks, and I was frozen in fear.
"N-nothing..." I reply, then Carolyne shoots him with an arrow but he quickly evades.
"Alerith!" Jessie shouts, and the man looks at Jessie.
"Jess, how in the world did you get in here?" The man asks.
"Proffesor's Melodia." Jessie answers.
"What a coincidence, I have 3 friends, 2 boys and a girl." Jane says, and the man recognizes me instantly.
"Mark Eliar Jackson!" The man shouts, and he suddenly hugs me.
"You... can let go... now..." I say, and he releases me from his grip.
"How come?" The man asks.
El'Nir, Jane, and Laura look at the 4 of us.
"I think... 2 Humans, an Amethyst, and..." Laura counts, and I notice something.
"Heraldino." I say, then the man looks at El'Nir and points a gun at her. Due to my instincts, I constantly block it, and hold a "Shield" Magic Card.
"This Leraan is yours?" He asks.
I nod.
"You must have been a lucky man, Mark." The man says. He holsters his pistol, and look at El'Nir. "What is your name, Leraan?"
"El'Nir." El'Nir answers.
The man is surprised, and he steps back a bit.
"You... The Leraan Magic..." he scaredly says, then he suddenly shoots her. I tried to stop, but it seemed like it wasn't supposed to happen.
"La-Vertigo-Ultima-Timaga!" Jane and Carolyne suddenly shouted, and time reversed back to the tume before the man pointed his pistol to El'Nir.
All of us were aware, except for the man.
He points the pistol to El'Nir, but this time, I stole the pistol using a Expel charm card.
"What the... What in the world??" The man surprisingly asks. "Why did you do it, Mark?"
"Illusi0nist's Apologies." I sinply answer, leaving everyone except El'Nir and Laura confused.
We then head inside the City Center which is actually the Altaris Illui0n Altar. And we rested for the night there.
