No one likes a hospital

I'm sat on a bench in a small office as a doctor shines a tiny light into my eyes.

"Well everything appears to be normal Mr Parker. If you did in fact hit your head as hard as you say, you must have super healing abilities." The doctor lifts her eyebrows at me in a joking manner.

I scrunch my forehead at the doctor and smile.
"Hmmm I don't think I have any super healing doctor. Aha." I laugh awkwardly, sliding off the bench.

I walk outside the room to see MJ sat in the waiting area with a bandage wrapped around her ankle. She's wearing her Spinneret suit but underneath the plaid shirt given to her by the men who drove us here, similar to the one I'm wearing. We've both taken our masks off in the car ride over here. Using some help from Karen, we did in fact confirm our existence in an alternative earth. There's no point of hiding out identities here.

"You good?" MJ nods at me.

"Yeah, uh, I'm no dumber than usual."
She gives me a faint smile.
"Where's Sam and Dean?" I ask her.

"Right here!" I turn around to see the two guys sat in the chairs across from MJ. I'm kinda surprised they stayed this long.

I awkwardly smile at them both. "You guys are still here?"

"Well," Dean starts "what kind of people would we be to leave two 12 year olds alone in some creepy ass hospital."

"Actually we're 17- never mind. Thank you but I think we can handle it from here." I reply.

I walk over to MJ to help her up and start to find the exit. I don't have any clue where we will go from here, I just know that currently these guys are kinda creeping me out a little.
I swing MJ'S arm around my shoulder, offering her support now that her foot is literally strapped stiff, when suddenly  the lights start flickering for a second.

"Woah" I say "that was creepy-" I look in front of my mouth. I see cold air appear with every word. Now this is some creepy shit.

"Everybody stay calm." Sam's voice echoes down the hallway. Everyone sitting in the waiting room clutches onto their chairs a little tighter.

Next thing I know, Dean pulls a bag of salt from his jacket pocket. He sprinkles the salt into a giant circle that outlines the room we're in.

"I'm gonna ask you all to stand inside the circle." Dean yells. He is received by a crowd of scared people slowly walking into the salt circle. "Cmon! Move it move it!" He shouts.

"What the..." MJ whispers.

I turn to where she's faced, greeting my eyes with what seems to be some sort of illusion. I see someone standing down the hallway, except they're transparent and keep flickering in and out.
All of a sudden, the figure flickers in and out, appearing much closer to me and MJ.

"OK LET'S GET IN THE SALT THING." I yell, panicking and hella confused.

I take MJ as fast as I can into the circle.

"Yo Dean, Sam, What the hell is going on?" MJ snarls at them.

"Relax. You guys have got nothing to worry about." Dean answers.

"I BEG TO DIFFER!" I scream, causing my voice to break. I see the see-through person glide pretty fast up to Dean, before it grabs him by the neck.

"DEAN". Sam yells.
Sam swings a giant metal looking rod out from his bag, right into the projection of the now not so see-through person. The metal caused the figure to disappear, letting Dean breathe once again.

The room falls silent for a while. Every single person in this room must be as confused as I am now.

I break the silence; "Guys what the FU-"
