Until Tomorrow

I was upstairs looking out the window at Hunter. He was extremely good looking and very funny. His workers loved him and he seemed to be single which meant there was something wrong with him that wasn't on the outside, but then again I was single and there was nothing wrong with me. He removed his shirt and all the guys through their empty water bottles at him. I smiled and then my aunt came into the room. "Hey," she said.

"Hey," I said.

"You've been missing all night," she said.

"I'm just trying to figure out his deal," I said.

"While you think can you help me with the food and drinks for them?" she asked.

"Do I have too?" I asked.

"I haven't seen you in days since you moved out. Can we spend today together?" she asked.

"Of course," I said and stood up off the window seat. I hugged my aunt and we walked downstairs into the kitchen. She grabbed the tray of lemonade drinks and I took the tray of sandwiches. We walked down the basement steps and out the back door. "Thought you boys would be hungry." my aunt said.

"Thanks, Ms.Marter," they said.

"Call me Helen." my aunt said. I smiled and rolled my eyes. Hunter took a cup off Helen's tray and then walked to mine. "Thanks for the sandwich," he said.

"I didn't make them," I said.

"Too bad," he said.

"Hunter this is my niece Emma," Helen said.

"Nice to meet you," he said.

"Sure," I said. Helen gave me a look and had her eyes wander to his abs. I followed her eyes and then quickly looked away. "It's okay to stare," Hunter said. Everyone laughed, but me.

"As if," I said. Everyone continued to laugh.

"It was a joke princess," he said.

"Not very funny," I said. My uncle came outside and I shoved the tray to him and walked inside the house.  "Emma wait," Hunter said.

"What," I said.

"Sorry," he said.

"Whatever," I said.

"I am really sorry," he said.

"Tell me, aunt and uncle. I see them tomorrow." I said.

"Don't leave because of me," he said.

"I'm not." I lied and continued up the steps. He was such an arrogant prick.
