The next day I got dressed and got into my car. I was wearing jeans and a white floral top. I put on my heels and grabbed my shoulder bag. I put on my heels and walked to my car. I drove to my aunt's house and knocked on the door. I heard banging coming from the cabin so ran to the back and climbed up the gate. I was now in the back and saw someone banging on the cabin. "Private property," I yelled. The person looked at me and whipped the sweat off their forehead. The person was Hunter. "I know princess," he said. "Why do you call me that?" I asked.
"You remind me of a princess," he said. I walked over to him and the cabin.
"Looking pretty good," I said referring to the cabin.
"Thanks," he said with a smug look plastered on his face.
"I was talking about the cabin," I said.
"So was I." he said
"Whatever," I said.
"Wanna see the inside," he said.
"Sure," I said. Hunter opened the front door to the cabin.
"Ladies first," he said. I walked inside and he followed after me. The wood used for the floor was beautifully polished. "This is beautiful," I said.
"It's pure oak," he said.
"It's polished so delicately," I said.
"Then I did a good job," he said. The door slammed shut and I jumped. We ran for the door and Hunter tried to open it, but it was locked shut. "Why won't it open?" I asked starting to panic.
"We didn't get to put the handle on the inside," he said.
"So we're stuck here," I said.
"Yes until someone comes," he said.
"We are my aunt and uncle?" I asked.
"They told me they had to run an errand," he said.
"So I'm stuck here with you," I said.
"Like I'm thrilled to be here with you," he said. I looked around the cabin for a window, but there were none. It was just walls and floor and a light. I walked over to the corner and slid down the wall. "We're going to die here," I said.
"I promise we won't," he said.
"How can you promise me that?" I asked.
"I don't know. I guess you just have to trust me," he said.
"Trust you. I don't know you." I said.
"I know, but just try to relax," he said.
"Relax. We're trapped." I nearly yelled.
"I know that," he said and sat down on the floor. How is it that he so clams when we were trapped in a cabin with no windows together.
