My eyes slowly open and immediately sting from the sunlight coming through a window nearby.

I am unfamiliar with the ceiling above me making me panic. I look to my right in the bed I was laying in and I see a girl. My eyes widen more and I scoot off the bed.

I stand up and my head spins relentlessly. The baggy shirt I'm wearing hangs off of me.

"Candy?" My eyes drift over to the girl laying in the bed.

"Where am I? Who are you?" My heart pounds in my chest, what happened last night?

Devyn POV

After a long day of running errands and being out and about I return home exhausted. However, I open the front door and find the remains of a hectic party. People passed out here and there, solo cups scattered along the counters and tables, music still blaring. I sigh, but I am not cleaning any of this up, it's not my party.

I tip toe over to the speaker and right as I turn the music off I hear thumping coming from upstairs.

Who's awake right now?

I pull out my phone and read the time as 3:00 am.

I nervously make my way upstairs and as soon as I reach the top, a figure comes running out of a room.

"Colby?" I squint in the darkness but can't make it out. My hands feel around for a light switch and finally find it. The lights come on and Colby is standing there shirtless and sweating.

"Devyn I need girl help!" He yells.

I hold my ears at his piercing and unnecessary yell. I can tell he's very drunk by the way he's standing awkwardly with a tilt.

"Okay what's wrong?" I walk over to him and he takes my wrist.

He drags me into the bathroom and I gasp.

A poor girl is leaned over the toilet vomiting her guts out. I bend down next to her and start rubbing her back, I notice she's wearing one of Colby's shirts, and that's it.

"What happened?" I ask.

"Well, we were about to.. you know..." I put my hand up to let him know to spare the details.

"Anyway," He goes on. "All of a sudden, I-in the middle of things, her-her face turns extremely pale."

I look up at Colby when hearing his stuttering words. He wobbles back and forth while standing over me.

"It's okay Colby." I stand up and grab his arm with one hand and hold his back with the other. "I'll take care of this, you need to lay down."

He stumbles with me to his room. I lay him down on his bed.

"Thank you devyn." He says. I roll my eyes as he literally passes out before me eyes.

I go back to the bathroom and see the girl, who I now recognize to be Candice Hathaway, leaning against the wall in front of the bathroom.

Her head slowly turns towards me in the doorway, but her eyes are closed.

"Are you okay?" I sit next to her and hold her hand. She shakes her head, eyes still closed.

"Do you need to throw up anymore?" I ask her. She shakes her head again.

I grab a mop bucket from under the bathroom sink and help her up off the floor. She puts her arm around my neck and I take her to Corey and I's room. I lay her down on the bed slowly and put the bucket next to the bed.

"This is here if you need to throw up." I show her the bucket and her eyes barely open and then close again as she nods her head.

I quickly run downstairs and grab a glass of water. Water is so vital in a situation like this and she is going to definitely want it in the morning.

I walk back upstairs and set the cup on the dresser next to the bed. I change into my pajamas and slip into bed on the other side of Candy so she has access to the bucket.

Colby is such a sleaze he really would take advantage of this poor girl in the state she's in. I roll my eyes and slowly drift to sleep.
