What have I done?

"Heyyy Brennen!" I slowly blink my eyes and can feel the liquor starting to settle in my veins.

"Hey Candy!" He side hugs me. "Want to play BP?"

"Of course!" I smile. "Lets be on a team."

"Yess, lets find someone to play against."

I look around with Brennen and notice Colby, coming back downstairs with the girl. That was fast.

"Let's play against them." I motion Brennen's attention to the two, who were making their way over.

"Hey Colby!" Brennen meets them halfway. "Wanna play a game of BP against Candy and I?"

Colby looks at Brennen and then at me. His eyes are tired and it makes me feel sympathetic. However I brush the thoughts away quickly.

"Yeah let's do this." Colby says.

"Great, c'mon!" Brennen grabs my hand we make our way to the ping pong table outside.

"Do you need help setting up?" I ask Brennen as he starts setting up the cups.

"Sure, grab that stack at the other end of the table and place them out." He says.

I go to grab the cups when another hand reaches for them as well. Our hands brush against one another, sending an electric feeling through my fingertips and up my arm. I look up at the tired eyed Colby.

"I'll get them." He says sternly and with an annoyed tone.

"Fine." I roll my eyes and walk past the other girl, towards Brennen, who had just finished setting up.

"Here." He hands me two drinks to use during the game. I set one down on the ground and open the other. "Ready?" Brennen asks.

"Of course." Colby looks at me and holds the girl around her waist.

My blood is boiling, I need to get him back, badly.

"Here." Brennen hands me the ball. "Ladies first."

Colby hands the girl the ball as well.

"Eye to eye." We both throw the ball at the same time. She misses but I make mine in.

"Hell yeah!" Brennen cheers. I take my ball back and wink at Colby. I could tell his jaw is locked, and it made me smirk.

"If they make this, they win." Colby says to the girl, who's name I learned to be Sydney.

"You go." Brennen says.

Brennen and I are now extremely drunk. So I take a deep breath and throw the ball.

As I watched it fly in the air, it had almost felt like time slowed down. The noise from the party had quiet down and I could hear my own heartbeat in my ears.

I feel a pair of arms wrap around my body as I watch the ball splash into the cup of water.

"YES!!" Brennen yells and lifts me up.

"Dream team right here!" I throw my arms in the air.

I look over at Colby who's arms were crossed tightly against his chest. He glared at the celebration from the two of us. Brennen sets me down and I feel my opportunity coming up.

When Brennen stands back up straight, he looks at me. My surroundings spinning out of control, but I know what I need to do.

I glance over at Colby one last time, making sure he's looking, before I grab Brennen's face and kiss him right on the lips.

I can hear a small gasp come over to the other side of the table, assuming it's Sydney's.

I pull away from Brennen and frown a little bit. I thought I was going to feel something from kissing him, but I don't. There was no electric feeling that I have when I kiss Colby. My eyes wander to Colby, who was in the same position he was in before, only this time, with a raised eyebrow.

"Wow. Hopefully I remember that in the morning." Brennen stumbles a little bit.

My eyes never left Colbys, before he nods his head and makes his way inside.

I really don't want Brennen to remember any of this in the morning.

And neither do I. What have I done?
