finn appears in the doorway of the girls who he abandoned while they asleep the night before.

sadie sat up; looking at the boy from across the room. she turned and see's millie sleeping on her own bed. sadie frowned a bit, knowing that normally she'd be sleeping in the same bed with sadie.

she groaned at the curly headed boy in the door way. "what do you want, wolfhard?" she says, sharply.

"i was just making sure you were alright, saids."

saids? he's never called her that before?

"well i'm fine. did you need something?" she gave him a glare. she wasn't thinking exactly.

then it all rushed back; memories from the night before flooded her mind.

she kissed him; sadie sink kissed finn wolfhard.

looking back at him she couldn't help but frown. if there was any chance of them being friends she certainly ruined it. but i mean; was that such a bad thing? she didn't want to get to close to finn. but this just fucks up everything.

it's not finn's fault; sadie knows he's a genuine person. it's just the fact that he already knows too much, has seen too much. she scared.

"look, finn. i'm sorry for last night."

finn entered the room, sitting down on her bed beside her.

"it's fine, sadie. i get it. you weren't thinking. i'm not upset with you." he went on. perfect example of why he's generally a genuine human being. after there little seen in the cafeteria she thought he'd never talk to her again. but i guess that's what she wanted at the time.

sadie sighed.

"i'm sorry i was so out of hand."

sadie's normally a quiet person. she doesn't like crowds nor confrontation very much. so the fact that she yelled at finn was completely out of her comfort zone.

"it's okay." he placed his hand on her knee; sadie tensed up; but he got the hint and took his hand away immediately.

millie shifted in her bed, waking up slightly.

"i'm going go but; if you need me. you know here to find me."

the rooftop.

and with that; he was gone. the ginger got up out of her bed, slightly in a daze. she was still so tired. but she only got up for one reason, and it was just to climb into millie's bed.

she slid into her bed, pulling the covers over her legs, and moving to her comfortable. sadie slipped her arm around millie's waist, and an other one behind her, pulling her into an embrace.

the brunette fell back sleep on sadie's best while sadie held onto her. honestly; it was the bed type of friendship. they were lucky to have each other and they both would admit that.

don't get the wrong idea; millie and sadie are completely into guys only. they just had a very loving, sisterly relationship that is very irreplaceable.

the day went by fast as it normally does. though, today was wednesday. they had group today.

they sat in their chairs which were placed around the room in a circle like normal; finn on the left of sadie and millie on the right; never to noah of course.

a boy started talking this time, he was unrecognizable to sadie.

"my name is gaten, and i have a dissociative disorder." he paused, he kind of had a lisp but it wasn't bad. "i just arrived here yesterday. this place actually isn't that bad."

"i'm glad." joe replied with a smile.

sadie was of course bored; she would never speak up in group. she doesn't want her story known. group is stupid in her opinion.

a few more people talked around the circle until they were let out of group.

sadie couldn't stop thinking about the night before.

what did it mean? why did she kiss him? i isn't like she likes him or anything like that. she barely knows him. are they even friends? they're friends- right? does she even want to be friends with him?

it started with an impulse decision; she knew where he would be. she walked down the hall, making sure no one was following her.

she entered the dark room, climbed up the stairs to the rooftop. where finn wolfhard normal is.

he was sitting down, looking out towards the city. the clouds formed above their head and the wind blew his messy curls around.

she closed the door behind her, and sat next to the boy. he didn't really look at her, nor question why she was there.

they sat in silence, until sadie decided to speak up.

"i was 11 when it started." she paused, finn looked at her; listening. "it started with mean girls in school. they told me i was ugly, or fat. called me many names. left notes in my lockers." she breathed; she didn't want to cry.
"it continued on, i ignored them. at first it didn't bother me. then high school; it got worse." tears rolled down her face, but she quickly whipped them away and sniffled.
"they told me to kill myself. that i was worthless, useless. that i wasn't good enough. they called me names along the lines of 'slut', or 'whore'. sometimes worse." she let out a shaky breath. she doesn't ever open up to people; so this was a lot.

"i- i started b-believing them."

a sob escaped her lips and finn wrapped one arm around the front of her waist, and the other around her shoulder. his hand on her head, he pulled the sobbing girl into his chest.

he didn't know what to do; he's not very good at comforting people. he never has been. though, his chin rested on the ginger's head; while she cried into his shirt.

"they're wrong." he spoke, still holding her tight.

emotions over flooded the small girl's body.

she moved, and snaked her arms around finn's neck, and moved closer to him. he hugged her body as she cried her eyes out into his shoulder. all he knew now was to be there for her. it's all he could do.
