"sadie, baby." finn called from her left. she smiled at his words, turning onto her side to face him. he rested on his side, with his face slight squished into the sheets. when her icy blue eyes stared back at his coffee colored ones, a smile appeared onto his face. making sadie also smile, tiredly. "happy birthday." he cooled, causing her to laugh lightly. the sunlight from their window hit the bed perfectly. her skin was warm. finn would describe her as angelic, just from how she looks at the moment. even half asleep. her hair shines in the sunlight. her freckles against pale skin, beautiful. truly.
"mm, thank you, finn." the girl yawned. stretching out her body at the same time. she only in a white t-shirt, leaving her legs exposed. you could slightly see she gray underwear through the pale color, but it didn't bother her, or her boyfriend. while she got up, to go get herself a drink.
"so i was thinking, nick and i's friend, jaeden is throwing this house party. and i was thinking maybe we could go for a few hours? then we can come back and celebrate, you know, just you and i?" he said, while hugging her from behind. the refrigerator door was open, and she grabbed a bottled water.
"it doesn't sound very good for your mental health, crowds? are you sure you want to go?" she asked, wholeheartedly. he only kissed her hair before pulling away from their short hug. she took a sip of her water. he walked deeper into the kitchen, but she followed.
"ill be fine, i just think we could drink a little, if that's okay?" she only nodded at his words. she rapped her arms around her neck, standing on her tippy toes to reach his face.
"as long as you're not driving." she said smiling. they were truly the happiest together. sadie placed a soft kiss on finn's lips. he meant to put his hands on her hips, like he normally does. but he underestimated her height and placed them on her butt; only to throw hands off immediately and fix their mistake. this caused sadie to break out in a fit of laughter, finn only joining her because of embarrassment.
hours past, the couple spent all their quality time with each other. but now it was time for them to get ready for the party.
sadie never wore make up, and a party was not going to change that, but what did change was her outfit. her natural waves turned into straight locks, doubling the length of the ginger hair. she had a black, short, skirt on that showed lots of leg. her shirt was tight, and also cropped, but not much of her skin showed due to the skirt being above her belly bottom. finn would be lying if he said his mouth didn't drop when he saw her. she always looked perfect, but damn she cleaned up nicely.
sex by eden blasted through the house which held the crowd of many tipsy underaged teens. they enter the house hands intertwined. finn was offered drinks the second they got there. which he gladly took, sadie began socializing with strangers. sadie, knowing she was a light weight she didn't drink a lot at first. she normaly hated parties, but only because finn was there, standing over her shoulder at all times, she felt safe. like nothing bad could ever happen to her.
they danced together along the huge crowd. they had a great time.
but all great things come to an end.
sadie wasn't exactly the only person who found finn attractive at this party. and not the only girl who wanted to dance with him. some girls in tiny outfits crowded the boy, causing him to loose track of his girl. his intoxicated body became confused. and suddenly panic filled his blood stream. though, his girlfriend picked up on the threat instantly. she grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the crowd.
"are you alright?" the ginger asks the much taller, curly haired boy. he only smiled down at her, she cared about him. just as he cared about her.
"i'm okay. do you want to go home?" he asked, and she nodded. he called a taxi, to take them directly home. the ride was short, but either of them minded. they both headed inside, both pretty drunk. but it was her birthday, its acceptable.
they giggled and laughed at almost everything, sadie attempted to get finn to drink a lot of water with her so they would sober up a little bit. sadie ended up changing back into her comfy clothes, also known as finn's over size t-shirts with no pants. it was a normal thing by now, sadie barely wore pants. it wasn't really a big deal. they watched tv to entertain themselves.
"okay, what's something you've never told me?" sadie asked the boy smiling.
"okay, well, i have a little sister, half sister, really. named brooklyn. i don't see her much, though." he explained. sadie's eye's lit up.
"how old is she?"
"she's 8." finn answered, turning back to look at the tv.
"aww, i want to be a mom so bad." finn's head spun from the tv back to his girlfriend's face. woah. a baby. he had to process that for a moment. he would obviously have to get a job, and get their own place. they would have to be more responsible and everything. they'd need to get their shit together before they even think about a baby.
"you do?" he asked, with a small smile on his face. think about it, sadie, as a mom. she would be the best mom.
"yes, i have since i was like 15. but i have to tell myself no, because i know i cant even take care of myself."
"you take care of me pretty well." finn replied, causing sadie to smile. "i want to start a family with you one day." he said, while holding her hand. at first she couldn't tell if him being drunk had anything to do with that last statement, but she didn't care. that sentence made her the happiest 17 year old girl in the entire world.
"i'm so in love with you, finn wolfhard."
"i am so in love with you, sadie sink."
"sadie wolfhard." she corrected, softly.
"sadie wolfhard." he repeated.
