Big chapter! Be prepared to be surprised, angry, happy, or whatever floats your boat and fancies your pants. Sorry if things are moving too fast): that's just how my chapters end up after reaching the middle of my books.

Once breakfast was finished and everyone had departed to their destinations for the day, Savell allowed April, November and I to hang around in the living room. There were glass doors that locked us in, and double steps on the inside that leveled out the living room.
It was fairly large, with a big TV and two black sofas. A giant Persian carpet masked the tiled floor in the centre, where a coffee table was lain upon it.
April turned on the TV as Savell locked us inside, and I felt slightly comforted by the noise that thrummed from the speakers. It reminded me of normal things, of what I used to do at home. I made my way over to the sofa farthest from the TV with November linked to my arm and we both sat down.
A wool blanket was conveniently placed beside me, and I draped it over the two of us. It was huge, and a lot of it tumbled over the end of the couch. April looked over at us with a small smile placed on her lips. She sat on the other sofa with the remote in her hand, in which she turned up the volume to a TV show with.
We sat there for what seemed like silence, both our arms wrapped tightly around each other-- afraid to let go. April seemed to fall asleep after an hour or so, her hair scattered over the sofa where she had laid down.
November adjusted himself to lay down, his head propped up on the armchair. I laid on top of him, since there wasn't any room to lay down beside him. He adjusted the blanket just over our heads, and I was blanketed in darkness. It felt nice though, as the sounds of the TV where blocked out a little and I could hear the steady rhythm of November's heartbeat under my body. His hands snaked up my waist, lifting my shirt a bit and exposing chilled skin even under the heavy blanket.
I suddenly remembered my dream from the night before, and tensed up. November noticed and stopped, and I could tell he had a confused look on his face even in the darkness.
"What's wrong?"
"N-Nothing. It was just surprising." I stutter, moving over a little to the left to make myself and November more comfortable.
"Oh, well I won't do it." November starts to move his hands from my back but I grab them.
"No," I whisper. "It's okay."
He hesitates, but settles his hands back down. I rest my head in the crook of his neck and close my eyes, instantly sleepy from his warmth. November leans up a lite and plants a kiss on the top of my head, making me smile. I look up and gently kiss his cheek back, earning a tightened grip in return.
"You make it hard for me to try to sleep." November laughs quietly.
"That's what I do best." I say, resting my hand across his stomach. He kisses me again, this time on my lips, and I could feel his smile through it.
"I love you." He whispers.
My breath gets caught in my throat as a pair of deep, despising dark blue eyes fight their way into my memories and I feel my spine receive chills.
"I love you too." I breathe, resting my head back down on his shoulder. What was that just now?
But I didn't have an answer.

Later in the evening, Kaleb had got home earlier than what was expected. Savell returned us to our rooms and I went back to the boring old bed that sat in the corner of the room. I had wished there was more to do.
