The Vlog

I woke up Monday morning trying to not look at my phone. Bazz's Vlog was supposed to come out today and possibly Kath's as well and I was nervous as all hell. After yesterday, I wanted to get rid of this 'love triangle' I had got myself into, thing is, would the vlogs help in splitting the issue or make it worse?
     I sighed, rolled out of bed, and started my routine still having all my thoughts swirling in my head until a ding was sounded from outside the bathroom. I put down my hairbrush (or comb because we love short haired queens <3!) and checked the source which was my phone. Two messages were shown on the screen, one was a video and the other was an actual message, both being from the one and only Kathleen. I pressed on the messages and realized the video was the clip she showed me at the mall and under that were the words 'if you want me to put in the clip I can, but only if you're ok with it' I was going to agree however, a thought put my yes on hold 'what about Cray? Is he ok with it?' I sent that thought through the messenger and I started to get worried.
I wasn't going to add something in just because I was cool about it and the other possibly wasn't. I mean, Cray is an influencer as well and being apart of the YouTube community and a content creator comes two types of lives. One is your internet life, it's where you show parts of your life on the internet, if it's through a vlog or just a social media post. The other is your personal life, and that's parts of your life that are off camera, and not on the internet for all to see. Many people like saving deep troubles and personal business apart of this life because they don't want others to pry on it or make it apart of their own business, I, like others, am guilty of this. Every single person has a story, and some want to and are able to share it, but others don't want to or simply can't. Some people forget that sometimes, especially people on the internet.
Her reply finally showed up, it read: 'yeah, he was cool with it, but he's being weird' I furrow my eyebrows. Sure, I haven't seen him really around lately but this place is also bloody huge it would be understandable to not see him. 'What do you mean?' I text her, taking my phone with me while I continue my routine. 'Well, when I messaged him, he asked about you and Elliott and he seemed upset about it' I had to read over her message a couple of times to make sure I was definitely reading this right, was Cray... jealous? I couldn't help but smile, he was getting jealous because I was with another guy? Did I matter that much to him? 'Really?' I asked and soon after, Kath sends me some screenshots of their conversation. I read over the messages and I was taken back. I put down my phone, "huh..." I said and I finished up doing my thing before taking my phone once again and heading downstairs.
I come down the stairs to see the door shut, I walk towards it quickly and open it to see Cray getting into his car and about to drive off for what looks like the gym. He then looks up from starting his car and spots me, he waves with a slight smile making me wave back with a smile myself. He then picks up something and after a minute, my phone goes off with his message on my screen. I laugh a little reading: 'you look cute 😉' I then look up and he shows me a heart he formed with his hands. I couldn't help but laugh and blush a bit before his smile grows and he waves once more before pulling out the driveway.
I wave at his leaving car and smile before my stomach reminds me why I'm downstairs in the first place. "Damn, I really need to get back to the gym..." I mutter to myself, poking at my tummy. I close the door and see Bazz coming downstairs, "why it's finally great to see you around these parts my kind sir," I greet him, "funny, hey, I wanted to ask, have you seen Cray around?" He asked and I nod pointing to the door, "yeah, he just left for the gym," Bazz then sighs and nods, "fuck, I wanted to talk to him." I cock my head in interest making Bazz shake his head, "it's nothing big, it's just about the vlog," I then perk up, "oh! Right! When's that gonna be up?" I ask going and grabbing a box of cereal and a bowl, "it's actually uploading now, it should be up in a little bit," he says and I stare in shock, "really?" Bazz nods once more before checking his phone. "What's exactly on there?" I ask, feeling myself get nervous, "just what happened, or the skimmed version since I wasn't there specifically. Though, I think Kath has some more footage that was at the actual club, that should be up soon too...?" He explains and I nod pouring my milk in with my cereal. "Do you want something while you're in here?" I ask and Bazz perks his head up from his phone and thinks a moment before nodding and ordering some cereal himself.
We chat a bit more about the vlogs and what they could possibly produce when I asked him if he's noticed anything different about Cray. "Well, yeah, my mate has barely come outta his room lately which he's done more since you came here," he explains and I could only nod and listen, "he changed after you went on your little date with Elliott," I furrow my eyebrows, "date?" Bazz nods, "didn't you go to the fair with him?" I nod, "it wasn't a date though, everyone else was busy that day and it ended up him and I," Bazz nods, his face showing some confusion. "What?" I ask and Bazz pulls out his phone once more, "Well people are going nuts because he wrote this with his little pictures," he shows me the pictures of the actual fair and then a couple pictures of me and him on the rides and eating with the caption: 'Went to the Aussie fair with one of my favorite girls @(C/n)' it wasn't really something to freak out about until you saw the heart emojis. I looked over it a bit more before giving his phone back and addressing my thoughts. "So people thought it was a date because of some heart emojis?" I ask, "Well, that, and the pictures of you two," I process all the information once more before just nodding and putting my bowl away in the dishwasher along with Bazz's bowl. "Oh, the video's up."
After working on a couple of my videos and putting up one of them for my channel, I started to go through my Instagram and other social media seeing the 'Cray and I' fan base rise along with the 'Elliott and I' fan base. I don't think I've ever seen people go so crazy before over something on the internet this much. Yes, I watched the video, it started with us all parting off from the house with some funny edits and jokes about all of us after we left, then it goes to things Bazz does while we were out, then he getting a text to pick us up along with Lannan. It cut to Kath and I with Marcus teasing Bazz and jamming out in his car on the ride home. After we all arrived back at the house, it was just a clip fanning out the entire room, Cray was on the couch sitting up looking like he was falling asleep with me laying asleep on his back, Marcus and Kath went upstairs because they're actually smart and didn't drink so much, while Elliott was spotted with a glass of water staring in the distance. The camera zoomed in on him and his so called 'derp face' drinking water, it was actually pretty funny. The camera then turned to Lannan poking my shoes in an effort to wake me up, "huh, she wears shorts with that skirt?" Lannan asks looking at the shorts that I put on so I didn't have creeps looking up my skirt, and you just hear Bazz yelling, "Lannan!" Before the video cut once more to the morning after with Bazz and Cray. The hungover, and pretty annoyed, Cray was talking a bit about what he at least remembered about the party saying the words, "I had this... like, dance off with Elliott. Yeah, I won," he stats proudly, "then I was dancing with (Y/n) when I... I just like..." you could just see him smile and a small blush growing on his cheeks before he "forgot" what he was talking about. Bazz then joked, "and that's when they fucked," Cray then smiled bigger and nodded making Bazz ask, "really?!" almost getting defensive when Cray shook his head with a laugh. The video then went on like that a little more before it ended. It wasn't a bad video, it already got 2.5k likes out of the 5k people that viewed it, but of course there was about 700 dislikes because of trolls and whatnot.
     Then Kath's video went public and that's when everything fell into a fucking mess. Kath's video started with her vlogging her outfit and our entrance at the club, going into Kath with Marcus and them doing they're cute lovey - dovey stuff. Then, it jumped to a montage of all of us drinking and dancing together and having literally the time of our lives. I actually didn't look half bad until I became wasted as hell and making pretty bad puns that drunk me thought were fucking hilarious. It was kinda funny, but very embarrassing. After the montage, it went to Kath, Marcus, and I in the car with Bazz and showing the clips of us messing with him and playing some games until we arrived at the Click house. It then cut to her in what you could assume was her bed and she just discussed the small things that she didn't film and then it came towards the end of the video, "so, you all know one of my best friends (N/n) or (C/n), link in the description, yeah she's visiting us and she's gotten pretty fond of all the members in the house and she's an absolute blast to have around, so before you leave there's one last clip that I want to share with you all..." the screen faded into black and the video of Cray and I dancing at the club was played and after the clip had ended, it faded once more into black and her outro began to play. It was a really nice transition and idea that I was... pretty proud of her, not gonna lie. The comments, of course, were going crazy and people left and right were talking and already creating some theories on if Cray and I were together and about Elliott and I.
I knew the internet would go nuts about this, but I didn't expect someone this close to me to go crazy about too...
