They knocked once more as I sat there. "It's me, Kath," she said and you do not know how fast I jumped up and opened the door. I hugged her immediately and she stumbled a bit before returning the hug back, "um, what did I miss?" She asked laughing and I only chuckled back before giving her some space. "Nothing... just I'm happy to see you," I said giving her a smile. She returned it hesitantly but she then checked her phone, "oh crap, hey, I have a question," she says quickly. I tilt my head as she continues, "the crew needed another girl for one of our Click shoots and so I wanted to invite you to see if you would like..." her voiced trailed off but it's really all I needed to know before agreeing of course. What kind of mate would I be if I didn't though?

Her face brightened as she cheered, "yay! Alright, get ready and I'll text you in... five to ten minutes?" I nodded and she nodded back before leaving my room and closing the door. I smile slightly before I grabbed some clothes and went to the bathroom to change.

Once I finish getting ready, my phone buzzes. I quickly check it and on the screen posts the message from Kath. I respond with a quick 'k' as I grab my necessities like my charger, and chap stick before heading out my door, downstairs. I was met by literally everybody in the house either on their phones, watching the tv, or talking. I look at everyone in hopes someone notices but it takes a little before Kath spots me. "Oh, (Y/N) hey! You ready?" She beams and I slowly see the others look up, "yeah," I say calmly as I notice the only one that doesn't look at me was Cray.
We haven't spoken since we got into that argument. But, even if we were to speak, what would we talk about? It feels like he's a total stranger now and it sucks, really bad. I really liked him... and then one event just ruined us... because of me. Because I'm too much of a wimp and can't face my fears. Am I really the one to blame though...?

"Helloooo? Earth to (Y/N)? Yoohooo," Kath waves her hand in front of my face, snapping my train of thought. "Oh, god," I say blinking a couple of times, "shit, my bad," Kaths eyes strike me with worry but it soon fades as Marcus begins to speak, "so, we're off?" Kath looked towards me once more before looking to the group and nodding. With that, we were soon out the door.

The place was huge. There were things like posters and merch all over. We walked in and the woman behind the counter greeted us with a warm smile. "Hi, welcome! How are you all?" I returned her smile as she looked at me, "we're good, we are here for an escape room?" She nodded and flipped open a book. This was my ever first time at an escape room so frankly I had no clue what was going on. "So, would you all like the pirate or underwater escape?" I looked towards the others and Elliott stood forwards, "we're actually going into two groups, so I guess we'll be using both if that's possible?" Elliott looked at her with hopeful eyes as she checked her book and looked towards a computer screen that was off to her right. "Yes, well we can book you all for both rooms, however we do have a party going in the underwater escape in about ten minutes, so if you want to send your first group into the pirate escape, that would work perfectly."

Elliott smiled, "thank you, also, are we allowed to film in here?" She nodded, "just make sure to shout us out," Elliott's smile widened and nodded as he pointed towards one of the boys that came just to film us. They had a 'no-talk-but-still-communicate-with-their-eyes' talk with one another as Elliott turned to us. "Alright, next is to get into the two groups, so," we all looked at each other for a couple of minutes before Elliott sighed. "Kath, Marcus, Cray, and (Y/n) will be the second group as Bazz, Me, Lannan, and Tannar will be the first group."

I froze. I had to be in a group with him???? I was about to complain but just as my mouth opened Kath stepped in and smiled, "awesome!" This made the others agree with her, making my mouth slowly close shut. Elliott then signaled the cameraman and soon, the cameras were up and we started the video. As Elliott was introducing our idea of the escape rooms and making it a race to see which group can do it better, I couldn't help but glance at Cray from time to time. It only made my head buzz in curiosity of what's going on in his head at the moment. It scared me of that unknown, but it also comforted me in a way. It was scary to know that he could be talking the most trash about me, but it also comforted me that thankfully I could never truly know that.
