Chapter 16: Varia Arrives

~Touma's POV~

I woke up to my usual routine and head outside. I check my mail to see a small package.
Touma: A package?
I opened it to see a weird ring.
Touma: Is this half of a ring?

There was also a chain. I loop the chain through the ring and I wore it around my neck.
Touma: I'll keep it for now.
I tuck it in my shirt and head to school. I head to school to see Kyoya guarding the entrance.
Touma: Kyoya~!
Hibari: Head inside, do your work.
Touma: Fiiine.
I head to the office and sat down. I was about to do it when I saw Reborn suddenly appear in front of me.
Reborn: Ciaossu~!
Touma: Hey Reborn, What is it?
Reborn: Did you receive a ring?
Touma: Ring? You mean this?
I took it out and Reborn has a glint in his eyes.
Reborn: I see, as expected.
Touma: What is this ring?
Reborn: You're Tsuna's snow guardian. The ring makes you officially a guardian.
Touma: Snow guardian?

Touma: So 8 rings in total.
Reborn: Varia is coming soon, so I suggest you train with two people.
