Maki..?

•No one's POV•
The doors opened silently warning Maki, Shuichi and Kokichi that there's some new company coming.

"Huh? What the hell..?"

It was Kaito.

"A-Ah! Kaito!" Shuichi stuttered out quickly changing his eye colour back and changing his stance.

Kaito quickly noticed Ouma's wound and started freaking out.

"W-What happened to Kokichi?!" He screeched.

Sure, Kokichi was a pain in the ass for Kaito but it doesn't mean that he wouldn't care for everyone else.

"T-That doesn't matter right now! Quick! Stop Shui—" Maki yelled yet she was stopped by a certain black and white bear.

"Upupupup~ A body has been discovered! Maki, guess you've been exposed!.." Monokuma excitedly spoke.

"What?! Kokichi isn't dead-" She screeched out but then stopped to realise that he was unconscious.

"Huh?! He's not dead! He's just unc—"

"A body has been discovered!"

Maki heard the announcement and immediately froze.

She turned her head to notice Kaito staring at her in shock and disbelief while Shuichi did the same yet with a glint of hatred hidden in his eyes.

Soon enough, everyone came and saw Ouma's body yet Monokuma kept on yapping on about how you couldn't touch his body or investigate it closely since they already know the killer.

Sure, this caused some suspicion but most ignored it while others stared blankly at Maki.

"G-Guys.. It wasn't me!" She muttered out in fear.

"Pupupu~ Since this murder wasn't all that great, at least I get to execute someone!"

That damn bear, and Shuichi..

She turned to see that Shuichi had purposely walked to the very back of everyone to grin at Maki maliciously.

"Wait!!!" She screamed out loud.

"It's not me! I swear to god it isn't me, Shuichi is the master—"

"Punishment tim-"

"SHUT UP! KOKICHI'S STILL ALI—"

All of a sudden, one of the exials (or however you spell it) grabbed Maki in an instant surprising her while another grabbed Kokichi who was unconscious but secretly made sure to be careful since Shuichi would definitely kick their asses.

After they drove Maki and Kokichi away, Monokuma ordered everyone to go to the other room to see the execution.

'There's no way Maki could've done this!' Kaito thought.

Perhaps he was right..

Kaito felt a hand softly touch his shoulder, which belonged to Shuichi..

"C'mon Kaito, we've got to do this.. I know she didn't do it but we have to go before anything else happens." He smiled with something more sinister behind it.
