Y/n pov

The count makes me blush and I don't know why. I get up and start to walk away. Lucio jumps up to follow me. " Where are we going?" He asks. " To my room." I answer. " Well, don't you move fast?" The count asks, a devilish smirk on his face. " Not in that way! I need sleep!" I blush furiously. He just lets out a laugh. I pick up the pace. I get to the doors to go inside. " Ok, now be quiet. No one else can hear you and I don't want any rumors going on about me. " I stop and look at him. " I can talk, you just can't stop me." He smiles. I roll my eyes and turn around to face Portia. " Are you ok, Y/n?" she asks, glancing around me, " No one's there.". All color flushes from my face. " I just, um, I need some sleep. That's it. " A weak smile and a wide blush joins my lie. " Ok... " She says, still unsure, " Do you want me to walk with you?". " No, I'm fine. Thanks." I say, quickly. She smiles as I rush past her. " You're cute when your flustered." The count says right next to my ear. I can hear the smile in his voice. I shake it off. I walk past the old wing. The dogs get up to follow me and Lucio. They trot next to me as I make my way up the stairs.

Lucio's pov

I follow next to Y/n as we go up to they room. " How much farther is this?" I ask. " They send me a pointed look. I put my hands up in a show of I'll be quiet. They've got guts to tell me to shut up. Or maybe they just don't know much about me. Maybe that's good... I follow them up the stairs. " Are we good?" I ask as they push the door open. The dogs bound in as both of us go in. They close the door and walk over to the bed. They flop down onto the bed, face down, providing me a amusing scene. I chuckle slightly as I hear a muffled " What's so funny?". " Just you." I answer, sitting down next to them. I start to play with their hair.

Y/n pov

I shoot straight up, face bright red. " What?" He says, trying to say it innocently. " W-why were you doing that?" I stutter. " I'm going to put it simply. " The count begins, " You... intrigue me. I'm almost happy Asra is off somewhere.". His cheeks almost look alive, due to the light dusting of red from his blush. I just look at him. He pats to the left of him on the bed. I obey and slowly sit down next to him. The dogs curl up at our feet. Both of us just sit there, unsure of what to do next. Lucio's usual flirty behavior had disappeared and he looked like he was telling the truth. " I feel the same." I say, just barely loud enough for him to hear me. He smiles, " Then shall we find a way to bring me back so we can continue into more entertaining times?". " Lucio!" I blush, causing the count to just laugh. I lay down as Lucio joins me. We curl up together and slowly fall asleep.
