Hello, my little ducklings. Sorry I didn't finish updating. Last night, I had a social meeting I had to go to. So, I didn't get to update as much as I wanted to. The updates are probably gonna start slowing down, since I will be away from a computer. I loaf you all so much. Now, back to the story.

Asra's pov

Y/n and I sat on their bed for what seemed like an hour. Y/n started to doze off and leaned onto me. I held them as they slept. "The bath is ready." Portia said through the door. "Thank you..." I heard Y/n mumble. THey realize how they were sitting and sat up. Their cheeks bright with red. I chuckled,gently. "Let's get you into the bath." I say, grabbing their hand as I get up. They nod, still bright red. I lead them down the stairs to the bath. I open the door for them, as I smile. They smile back. "Shall I join you or leave?" I ask. Their face flushes red. "I-it's what e-ever you want, Asra." They reply. "Do you want me to join you?" I say, trying not to laugh. They nod. "Why not?" They answer, still blushing.

Y/n pov

Asra asked me if I wanted him to join me in the bath. I've always liked him, but I can't believe he asked to join me in the bath. After all he's done for me, it would be rude to tell him no. I walk in and we both go behind the screens to go and strip down to our undergarments. I hesitate. I've been self conscious since I can remember. I hear Asra slowly move into the water. I've shared a bed room with him while learning with him. This should be no issue. I remove my clothes. " Y/n, come on. The water is perfect!" I hear Asra call to me. I begin to walk out and feel his eyes on me. I blush and cover my stomach. " Y/n, there's no need to be embarrassed. You look beautiful." he says, noticing my embarrassment. I nod, blushing harder. I slowly move my arms as I go deeper into the water. I swim over to a corner. I raise my hands up as I stretch. Asra begins swimming over.I look at him. " So, a lot has happened since I've been gone..." he begins, sitting next to me in the steaming pool of water, " tell me everything that's happened.". I just gaze into the water. Small rose petals float on the surface of the water. Portia must've done that. I had told her I had liked him. We had become great friends since my arrival here. " Well, I have been sent here to find Dr. Devorak. And I've met him. But the confusing thing about this is, " I start to weave the tale, " is that he doesn't even remember doing it. If he even did commit the crime.". " And, how do you know about this?" Asra asks, curiosity genuine. " I snuck out of the palace before dinner about a week ago. I met him at the Rowdy Raven. And I asked him." I become slowly embarrassed about the fact I had snuck out and shared a drink with the man, " And all we did was talk about it.". " Did anything else happen?" Asra asks, moving closer. " I had a drink. And that's it." I admit, " There's no point in keeping that away from you, I guess.". Asra looks at you only inches from your face. " And you're sure all you did was talk?" Asra looks deeply into your eyes. You blush at how close his face is to yours, " Yes, Asra. I'm sure. Do you know the doctor?". He blushes deeply now, " I-i worked with him. Um, very closely. During the time of the plague. ". I raise an eyebrow at him. " And you're sure all you did was work?" I ask, now feeling a little sassy. He blushes deeper. I laugh at that. He now realizes I was becoming a little more at ease. He smiles. " How was your trip?" I ask. " It was fine. I brought you something. " He replies. " What did you get?" I ask. He leans in and kisses me. I blush but kiss back. When he leans out, he wears a wide smile on his face. " I've wanted to do that for a long time.". I blush, " What was stopping you?".
