Part twoY/n's pov
As I walk through the doorway, I feel the tense atmosphere of stress. I glance around at the people who are waving their parents off and others who are talking in groups. I walk down the hall, twirling around to avoid people. I reach the end of the hall and walk up the stairs. Less people were there, so I could actually relax. I take my time walking up the stairs. Once up the stairs, I reach the dorms. I smell hints of weed and alcohol as I pass some of the doors. I walk quickly to my door and open it. I paid extra to avoid getting put into an awkward situation with a roommate. I sit down on my bed as I sigh. This was just the beginning, I think to myself, trying to stay positive.
Time skip brought to you by Julian getting drunk and trying to dance with the victims of the plague when he worked with Valdemar
A few weeks later, I had gotten used to the schedule, people, and the campus. As I walk down the dorm hall to my next class, I feel someone grab my arm. They push me against the wall. As I look at the person, I notice it's a man with the scent of alcohol on his breath. "Hey, you don't have to go to class today." The man slurs, " You could just stay up here with me. I bet we can have more fun than in class." He winks. I raise my eyebrows as I try to escape his grasp. He laughs and simply says, " A feisty one, aren't you?". I feel his hand slowly move down my front. I glare and kick him between the legs. He falls to his knees, clutching his dick. I jump over him and sprint down the hall, flipping him off. I almost fall through the door to my next class. I panted, trying to catch my breath. My professor walks over, barely fazed. "Miss y/n, are you ok?" He says. I nod, face bright red with embarrassment. I slowly straighten up as I walk quickly to my seat. I look down at the wooden desk, chewing the inside of my cheek. The lesson begins and I write down notes. I feel a tap on my shoulder. I look back, half expecting it to be the guy. My eyes widen with surprise as I realize who it was. "Ilya?" I ask. "Y/n!" He says. I smile as I lean over to hug him, only to hear the professor tutting at us. I look back to my seat. " Can I borrow a pencil?" I hear him say, slightly embarrassed. I hand him a pencil as the lesson carries on. After class, I rush over to him and tackle him in a hug. "Jules! How are you?" I ask. He laughs as his arms wrap around me. " Fantastic now that I got to see you!" He says. I move back from the hug. " I feel so bad about what happened back then and I haven't been able to talk to you and-" i feel his finger stop me from continuing on my rant. " It's fine. Your dad was just an ass, but none of it was your fault." He says. " We have so much to catch up on, though. Ten years!" I say. " Yeah. How about we talk about it after classes?" He asks. I nod, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. " Talk at lunch?" I ask, slowly walking towards my next class. "Yes ma'am!" He says, dramatically bowing. I cover my mouth as I giggle. Ten years and he hasn't changed a bit. I roll my eyes, still smiling, my heart fluttering.
There will be a part three to this one shot. I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while. Loaf you all!
