Chapter 18

Jungkook's POV

I can't believe it. A famous DJ and music producer would be remixing our music! Imagine being recognized by this kind of man. Me and my hyungs can't hide our excitement when we met him personally. Of course who couldn't? We had met him a few days ago since he said that he finished remixing our song. We then listened to it and it was really dope. From our own beat, upgraded to a more awesome tune, by an awesome DJ. We're currently relaxing here in our hotel so we can start our shooting for the MV tomorrow. I'm bored right now so I decided to text Nayeon.

"Jagiya. Are you doing anything right now?"

I then decided to call her.

"Yeoboseyo?"

"Annyeong jagi~ What you doing?"

"Just lying on my bed. You?"

"Oh same same."

"You're bored aren't you?"

"How did you know? Haha"

"Yah how couldn't I know? We've been dating for a year now!"

"Oh right haha. Sometimes I feel like we've been dating for a few months."

"Well since we're both bored right now. Let's talk about random things again. Since author-nim doesn't even know what to put here."

"Aren't you gonna sleep?"

"I should say that to you y'know? It's still 1:30pm here. So that means..."

"Oh yeah I forgot we're here in America haha. Aishh pabo kookie."

"My pabo kookie hehe."

"I miss you already."

"Me too jagi. I missed your cuddles. You better cuddle with me again when you come home alright?"

"Arasseo jagi. I better sleep now. Goodnight jagi. Saranghae~"

"Goodnight jagi~ Nado saranghae~"

And with that I ended our call and turned off my phone. The next day we started shooting for our MV. It was really hard since the staffs were new and different. Some were from BigHit but majority were Americans. But surprisingly we were fine. I mean we got to talk and interact with the new staffs. We even hang out with some of them since they're also our fans. 2 weeks of shooting our MV and finally it was released. Then came the promotions. We were invited through numerous shows here in America. Guesting here, guesting there. This may be the hardest event we've ever had. So many promotions that our concerts were even moved. I didn't even had the time to contact Nayeon. But I understand it since they just had their comeback. We didn't realized that after our promotions in America and our world tour, it was already the 2018. February 2018 to be exact. Even we were surprised, but we're used to it. But one thing that bothered me was Nayeon. She hasn't contacted me yet. Or I was just too busy so she didn't contact me? Thoughts kept running through my mind when suddenly Jimin-hyung told me that our manager wanted to talk to us.

Jungkook and Jimin went to the living room, meeting up with the other members and their manager standing in the middle. "Everybody here?" their manager asked as he eyed the members sitting on the couches, counting them mentally.

"Okay. I got some great news for you boys. We're going home tomorrow!"

Their manager shouted. Upon hearing those words, the whole group had their jaws dropped with happy expressions on their faces. Taehyung, Jin, and Hoseok gathered around and went jumping all over the room while holding hands.

"Yah! Be quiet you three! You're not kids anymore."

Namjoon said to the three, making them stop jumping, but were still holding hands. Yoongi, beside Namjoon, nodded his head.

"I'm not yet finished boys."

The members then returned their attention to their manager, waiting for him to spill out what he wants to say.

"You're all on a break for 2 months!"

Their manager shouted to them happily. Then resumed the jumping celebratory of the three plus one, Namjoon. Upon hearing the words "break for 2 months" he then voluntarily stood up and went to the three, grabbing Taehyung's and Hoseok's hands and jumped around cheering, making the three join his celebration. Yoongi, on the other hand, went from nodding to shooking his head, massaging his temples as he sighs on the four. Jimin and Jungkook were just laughing at them, feeling happy and excited to go back to Korea.

'I can see Nayeon again!' Jungkook thought to himself.

The next day, the members woke up early and went to the airport after packing up their things. Almost 12 hours of travel time and they arrived back in Korea, and it's still 4pm. Their manager went ahead to get their van. They already arrived back at their dorm by 6pm.

"Hyung! I'm going to TWICE's dorm!"

Jungkook planned to surprise her girlfriend for coming back home. He arrived at their dorm and knocked. The door opened revealing Tzuyu. When Tzuyu saw Jungkook, her eyes went wide open.

"Oppa! We missed you so much!"

Tzuyu shouted and hugged him tightly. Of course it's been 3 months since they've seen each other. Jihyo then went to the door asking who it was, until she noticed Jungkook. She then ran to the door and hugged him tight too. The other girls did the same thing: go to the door asking who it was, after seeing Jungkook, Dahyun and Sana hugged him tight while the others greeted him normally.

"How have you been? Since when did you arrive? Why didn't you contact us?"

Questions were bombarded to him by the girls.

"I just arrived a while ago. I didn't tell you girls since I want to surprise you. And sorry for not contacting you these past months. Our schedule were so busy we didn't even get to check our social medias. Good thing our managers handled it so the ARMYs would be updated. Never mind that. Where's Nayeon? Is she not here?"

Jungkook then asked the girls.

"Nayeon went out with a friend. Don't know who tho since she didn't told us who she was meeting." Jihyo said to him.

"I think they went somewhere in a park? I don't know which but try looking at the nearest one here. The place you both always go to." Dahyun told him.

Jungkook nodded his head and waved goodbye to the girls as he ran to the park. He arrived at the park and looked everywhere. It was already 7pm and he hasn't seen Nayeon. He then decided to go home and planned to go their dorm tomorrow since he's also tired by the flight and jetlag. While he was walking, he saw two figures wearing masks under a tree. He realized the tree was the same tree they always hang out.

'Wow so there are idols hanging out here. Might as well know who they are."

He then walked towards them slowly. He planned to surprise them once he saw their faces. The male figure then removed his mask revealing Minhyuk of BTOB. He removed the mask of the girl and kissed her. The girl then kissed him back. Jungkook was shook to see his sunbaenim dating someone. He can't see the girl clearly since it's a bit dark. The clouds then went clear and moonlight brought light on the park, revealing the girl. Although Jungkook planned to surprise the two, the tables turned, or rather, his world turned as instead he was the one who's surprised.

'No. No no no. Please someone tell me this is a dream.'

"N-n-n-nayeon?"
