Chapter 38

No one's POV

Everything has been normal for the bunny couple. Well being busy as an idol is normal for them now. BTS released their new song "Boy With Luv" and promoted their new album both at Korea and America which they also continued their "Love Yourself" World Tour. TWICE also released their new song "FANCY" and promoted their new album. Both of them were busy, especially Jungkook. But they would never forget to message each other and have a video call every night. TWICE also started their "TWICELIGHTS" World Tour and finished their Asia leg tour. Nayeon was excited to go to America since it's their first time to perform there, and BTS were still doing their promotions there. Unknown to her, BTS were already on their way to Japan. Since they were too busy, Jungkook was only able to tell her when they already arrived in Japan.

Nayeon's POV

"So you're not here?" I asked Jungkook on the phone.

"Mmm. Mianhe jagi. I wasn't able to tell you early." he said to me. Hearing his voice, he sounds like he hasn't gotten any proper sleep yet.

"Gwaenchanayo. Just don't forget to take a rest jagiya. Don't push yourself too much okay?"

"Ne jagi. I gotta go now. Saranghaeyo and have fun there!"

"Nado saranghaeyo jagiya! Have fun there too!" I then ended our call.

Well I couldn't say that I'm not sad. But I understand it as an idol. I just have to focus and be happy here. It's our first concert here in America and we can't make any mistakes now.

Me and the girls woke up early the next day and prepared ourselves. We then went to the concert venue and started practicing. We were all so full of energy since we're all excited. A few hours later and we ate early dinner. After eating we then started preparing for our concert. So many staffs, stylists and our managers were running around, making sure everyone and everything is prepared. After checking everything, we then started performing.

TIMESKIP: AFTER THE CONCERT

We went back to our hotel since we're all very tired. I checked my phone to see messages from my Jungkook.

"Jagiya~"
"Are you there? Or are you still having your concert?"
"I just wanna say I'm gonna sleep now since we have to be early tomorrow."
"Goodnight jagi. Saranghaeyo ❤️"

His messages were an hour ago. So I guess he's already asleep. I sent him a reply.

My Bunny 💕
"Mianhe jagi. We just finished our concert."
"Goodnight jagi! Nado saranghaeyo ❤️"

I then turned off my phone and went to bed. As I close my eyes, I thought to myself.

"If Jungkook is in Japan and I'm here in America, we should have a different timezone right?"

I just shrugged it off since I'm just tired and went to sleep.

The next day we went to Chicago and did the same thing we did yesterday. Concert time and it's the usual, performing in front of our ONCEs. But what I didn't know is, I was in for a big surprise.

Jungkook's POV

I. am. so. nervous. as. hell.

"Yah Jungkook-ah! Gwaenchana?" Jimin-hyung asked me, making me jump a little bit from my seat.

"Y-yeah hyung. I'm fine."

Me, Jimin-hyung and Yoongi-hyung were on our way to America. Why you think? 'Cause I think it's time for me to propose to Nayeon. I want to spend my whole life with her and I can't wait to do that. We asked permission from Bang PD-nim and he asked Namjoon-hyung to decide for us. He gladly allowed us to go but to be back before our concert. We then booked a ticket back to America and made sure that nobody knows what we're up to.

We then arrived in America and went to our hotel. It was already late evening and decided to trxt Nayeon.

"Are you there? Or are you still having your concert?"

Minutes passed and there was no reply. I figured she's still on their concert. I was already feeling sleepy so I texted Nayeon again.

"I just wanna say I'm gonna sleep now since we have to be early tomorrow."
"Goodnight jagi. Saranghaeyo ❤️"

I then turned off my phone and went to sleep.

The next day I woke up and got up from the bed. I then washed myself and changed my clothes. I turned on my phone and received messages from TWICE.

"Mianhe jagi. We just finished our concert."
"Goodnight jagi! Nado saranghaeyo ❤️"

"Yah Kookie! You better get ready! Don't screw up!"

"We'll be cheering for you!"
"Don't forget we're here to support you!"
"Let me hang on to your back later!"

'Aishh this dubu. You sent way too many messages than my girlfriend.' I thought to myself.

I then thought of my messages to Nayeon last night.

'Aishh pabo kookie! You're gonna get yourself caught!' I shrugged it off since it seems like she didn't mind it.

Jimin-hyung and Yoongi-hyung woke up and went to prepare themselves. I decided to order breakfast on the phone. A few minutes passed, breakfast arrived. And just in time, my hyungs went outside their room and we started eating. After eating, our manager picked us up and we headed to the concert venue of TWICE. We then met up with Dahyun, Sana and their manager.

"Oppa! Bogoshipuh!!" Dahyun shouted and ran to me. She then jumped to me and clinged to me like a koala.

"Nado bogoshipuh dubu!" I then returned the hug. A few minutes later and she went down from me.

"Are you ready Jungkook-ah?" Sana-noona asked me and I nodded. She then led us to a waiting room so we can wait there until it's my time to show up. Since it's not yet evening I decided to sleep for a bit.

I was then woken up by Yoongi-hyung. He told me that it's almost time for me to show up. I looked at the door and their manager is standing there, signalling me to go with him. This is it.
