Chapter 33

Jungkook's POV

It's finally the day! Me and my hyungs were both nervous and excited for the awards show later. Nervous 'cause the daesang awards would be announced later, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Artist of the Year. Those awards are all kpop idols' dream. And excited 'cause we prepared a special number for all the ARMYs that have supported us 'till now.

Me and my hyungs did the usual routine for every awards show. We would go to the venue early so we can be familiarize with stage. We started practicing and got used to the stage, to the cameras and many more. It was already 2 hours before the red carpet so we quickly went back to our hotel and started dressing up for the event. After dressing up, we then made our way to our car and our managers drove us to the venue. We got out of the car and walked to the red carpet, welcomed by countless number of ARMYs and photographers bombing us with their flashes.

After the red carpet, we then went to the artist zone, bowing to our hoobaes and sunbaenims. A few minutes later, TWICE arrived and did the same. Jihyo and Tzuyu passed by me and gave me high-five. Nayeon passed by and intentionally tripped on something, making her hold my knees for support. She then started caressing my knee and bowed to me apologizing, with an evil smirk. Oh this bunny will literally kill me.

A few performances by other kpop groups, it was almost our turn. We made our way to our dressing room and changed to our performance clothes. A knock was heard on the door, revealing Jeongyeon, Mina, Dahyun, Jihyo and my bunny Nayeon.

"Hi guys! We just came here to wish you good luck later!" Jeongyeon said, making her way Namjoon-hyung, giving him a hug.

Mina then went to Jimin-hyung, while Nayeon, Jihyo and Dahyun went to me.

"Good luck out there Kookie. Surprise us with your visuals again." Jihyo said to me, giving me a friendly hug.

"Good luck oppa! I'll be cheering for you!" Dahyun jumped to me, making me catch the tofu.

"Ehem..." I looked to the side which is Nayeon pouting, crossing her arms while glaring to me and Dahyun.

"Mianhe unnie. I just missed my oppa. You know how he always wanted a younger sister, so here I am." Dahyun sticked her tongue out, teasing her older unnie as she held on to me tighter.

"Yah! Get off my boyfriend you tofu!" Nayeon screamed which made everyone, even our stylists and managers, look at her.

"Yah yah let go. She's mad now and she'll let it all out to me, not you." I tapped Dahyun's shoulder repeatedly and went to Nayeon and hugged her tight.

"Mianhe jagi~ Don't be mad at her. You'll always be my girl." I pecked her forehead multiple times as she pout and snuggled her face to her favorite spot, my neck.

"Arrasseo. Good luck out there..." she then tighten the hug which made me giggle and pecked her forehead.

"Aishh get a room." Yoongi-hyung said, clearly annoyed, and went out of the dressing room.

We all just laughed at him and went out of the dressing room. The girls went back to their seats. We then went to the backstage and saw Yoongi-hyung hugging Chaeyoung. I went to him and tapped his back.

"Aishh get a room hyung." I then walked away and heard my hyungs laughing their asses off.

My hyungs went to the stage while I stayed here in the backstage for our performance "Airplane pt2". After my hyung's intro, I started walking my way through the runway. I started dancing to the beat of the intro, hearing the cheers and screams of our fans and started singing.

TIMESKIP: AFTER AIRPLANE PT2 PERFORMANCE

We then ran to the backstage and changed our clothes quickly. Our VCR played to give us some time to prepare ourselves for the next song "Idol". We then went to the stage and Namjoon-hyung started rapping a few lines with the beat of "Fake Love". After that, we ran to the backstage and hopped on a large lion face and went to our positions.
