Lose Her (Fluffy Edition)

Here we are on this fine day of September,

Gathered together to mourn and remember

The loss of a family member and a friend,

Giving respect because of her sudden end.

Her influence is powerful, and we've all felt her touch,

But we don't wish for her to go, our desires are too much.

Looking back at the life she experienced, I see why we still care,

And it's our feelings which cause us to regret this unwanted affair.

Yet as she lay on her deathbed,

Words of regret weren't what she said.

She wished for us to follow where she was going,

And as we sang hymns to her, I stood there knowing

She was going to be in Heaven with her children

And living with her savior in a massive building.
