Childhood Sweetheart (Sasuke Uchiha)

Chapter 1

Chapter 1: Enter Makoto Kizuna

A long time ago, there stood two children, a young boy with raven hair and a young girl with silver hair, playing with each other by the swing set. Soon, it was getting late and they are to go home before it gets too dark.

The two stood, looking at each other.

"Promise we'll always be together okay, Sasuke?"

"I promise, Makoto!"

"To the very end?"

"To the very end!"

Makoto softly grunted with a smile. "Pinky promise?" Makoto said as she held up her right pinky to Sasuke.

Sasuke chuckles and nodded as he also held up his right pinky. "Pinky promise."

Then the two lace their right pinky together.

(Present Time)

In a forest, there stood the same young girl on a tree branch but she has grown and is 12 years of age now. She is scanning the area for someone.

Then a voice (Kakashi Hatake) is heard from the ear-piece on right her ear. "Makoto, where are you? Have you spotted him?"

"Yes...found him."

"Hm? Hey! Don't do anything rational!"

"Too late," Makoto said as she dash from tree to tree, chasing after the person she is looking for.

"Makoto? Makoto! Hey! Can you hear me?! Makoto!"   

Then a man's scream of pain can be heard and made the birds on the trees fly away to the sky.         

Kakashi then appears behind Makoto on the ground and saw the dead body of the person they are supposed to pursue is dead and bloody on the ground.

Kakashi sighed. "Makoto, what did I tell you about pursuing the target on a mission where we are supposed to capture them and get answer out of them?"

Makoto turn around to reveal that her headband was pull up to reveal her golden left eye. "I've already got the answer out of him through my Reikon Gankyu."

"I...I see." Kakashi sighed. "Okay, all that's left to do is to get rid of the body."

Makoto pull down her headband to cover her golden left eye and pull down her mask.

"I got that cover," Makoto said as she turns around and started forming hand signs for a Fireball Jutsu.

"He-hey-"

"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu." Makoto place her right hand and form an O with and blow fire at the body to get rid of the body.

After that, Makoto said, "Done." Makoto pull up her mask and start to walk away.

"Makoto."

Makoto stop on her track and turn around. "Well, are you coming or what? Lord Hokage is waiting, y'know."

Kakashi walk up to Makoto and place his hand on top of Makoto's head. "You sure have grown...more fearless than me when I was your age, Makoto."

"I'm sorry if I've change for the worst...father."

Kakashi smirk. "No, not worst, just...not expecting you to be more like me than your mother at your age; it's not your fault, I know. If I was there sooner I would've-"
