Percy's POV

//Camp Half-Blood//

Next Morning

I woke up to the sound of banging on the huge cabin doors. I got up and saw that no one was there. I opened the door to see Thalia standing outside.

"What happened?" I asked groggily.

"You have been asleep for 27 hours straight. The Demeter kids were worried and they did not want to wake you up."

I was shocked. 27 hours? Man, I must have been really tired. "What's the problem?"

"We need to train."

"Why now?"

"Today is capture the flag, and you know we lose every time the Hunters come here."

"Which side should I play? Hunters seem more plausible."

I could see Thalia get angry.

"You dare play from their side Death Breath. I'll kill you if you do so."

"Relax Thals, I'm just kidding."

We walked into the mess hall and I saw that it was empty.

"Where is everybody?"

"Flower Boy, you woke up at 10."

Shit. No breakfast for me then. Then I remembered a power that I had. I also hadn't used it for a long time. I clapped and in front of me was a delicious plate of macaroni and cheese. I noticed Thalia looking wistfully at the plate on the table.

"You had your breakfast Sparky." With that, I wolfed down my food and got up.

"You ready?"

I nodded and we went to the arena where the Hunters were already practicing archery.

"So Percy, ready to lose?" Zee asked.

"As if. I'll trash you alone."

"Is that a challenge I hear Perseus Jackson?" P asked from behind her with an evil glint in her eyes.

"Maybe."

"Challenge accepted."

Thalia and I went up to the arena and began training so hard as if our lives depended on it, which considering P it did.

** Time Skip **

It was time for the game. Obviously, it was Campers vs Hunters. We were preparing a battle plan. Since Annabeth was not here, Thalia and I did the work.

"Percy will lead the attack along with me, Apollo cabin and Ares cabin. Dionysus, Demeter and Hephaestus campers are in charge of defense and traps. The rest of the cabins evenly divide yourself and tell us the division."

After a few minutes, the division was decided.

"You are not to leave your positions at all."

"Unless you see a golden opportunity."

"Still, stay in your positions."

"Move if you see a golden opportunity."

Thalia glared at me angrily and instantly the crowd dispersed.

"What was that about Percy?"

"What? If you see a golden opportunity you should take it."

"I'm making the plans here Flower Boy."

"So you think you can make better plans than me?"

She nodded.

"Ok then. I'll stay on defense if you think you are better at strategy Thalia. I think my time with the hunters, stalking and hunting, obviously did not help my strategy."
