Helloooo

Hope you like this chapter!!!!

Ashley's POV

I pecked Bailey on the cheek and went into the auditorium. I sat down and pulled out my phone and put in my headphones, listening to Say Something, revising the dance in my head.

A couple of minutes later Drew walked in and sat beside me.

"Hey! Whatcha listening to?" He said and pulled out one of my headphones, placing it in his ear.

"Say Something... Just going over my dance in my head," I said.

"That's cool, I do that sometimes..." He said.

"So are you ready for the dance thing?" I asked him.

"Yeah! Soooo pumped! I like expressing my emotions through dancing," he said, his eyes shifting around the room.

"Now that's deep!" I said and giggled.

The teacher walked in and hushed everyone.

"Ok guys, I hope your all ready for your dance routine today because I want to get them all done today, so this is is the order it will go in; Geena, Kelly, Drew, Sasha, Ashley, Billy-"

I tuned out after I heard my name and turned to Drew.

"Tell me everything's gonna be ok!" I said to Drew, needing a confidence boost.

"Your gonna do great and blitz this thing! 'k?" he said grabbing my shoulders and looking me in the eyes.

"Ok..." I said shaking, not breaking eye contact.

He smiled at me which made me smile. After a couple of minutes I broke the contact and looked away, brushing his hands off my shoulders.

"Thanks," I said and turned back to the teacher who called someone up onto the stage.

Ashley's POV

Drew had finished his dance and I was up on the stage waiting for the music to start. My eyes met Jacqui's and she smirked at me and mouthed "You'll be shit!" I smiled at her and Drew gave me the thumbs up.

I let the music wash through me and let my body to the work, almost going on auto pilot.

The music ended and I felt relieved. Everyone clapped and Drew even whistled. I mouthed "Shut up!" to him and he looked down bashfelly.

"Thank you Ashley, that was amazing! Do you have dancing experience?" She asked, intrigued.

"Yeah a bit when I was 13..." I said and walked awkwardly off stage.

She clapped on her own and I giggled. I sat down next to Drew.

"You were amazing!!" He whisper-yelled.

He hugged me. I pulled away, caught off guard.

"Oh-um-ah-um sorry that was to soon?" He said.

"Yeah! NO! I mean, this isn't happening AT ALL!" I whisper-yelled back at him.

"What isn't happening?" He looked at me confused.

"This-Us-Being together- a thing, whatever you wanna call it!" I hissed.

"Wait, wait, wait a second," he laughed, trying hard to get the words out.

"Quiet please," the teacher hissed at us.

The music for another performance started and Drew tried to stop laughing but kept going, quietly.

"No no no no no. I'm gay!" He said.
