Part 1 : Broken Heart

Isn't love the most beautiful feeling? The way it makes you feel butterflies erupt in your stomach, the only person you think about is her. Relationships are beautiful, but sometimes complicated. But Shubman's was the perfect one, for him at least. Siya had everything he could ask for, they've been dating for three years now. All of Shubman's success came when she​ was with him, he considered her his lucky charm, well the red handkerchief thing is gone after her.

Shubman met Siya three and a half years back during a shoot. She was a crew member there. She had those beautiful hazel eyes which could mesmarise anyone. And yes, the Shubman Gill fell for those. They were friends for six months before Shubman proposed her in a beach side, and who can say no to him? Siya obviously didn't even think twice before saying yes. Ever since his fortunes have changed. Just at the age of 26 he's the number one ranked ODI batsman by ICC. They had been very open about their relationship not afraid of PDA.

Shubman's fame helped Siya too, making her one of the top models in the country. Well, who can say no to Shubman Gill's girlfriend?

Shubman had everything in his life and he felt it was high time to take his relationship to the next level. Yes, he decided to propose Siya for marriage. But does every love story have a happy ending? All of us know the answer to that question.

"Are you sure about this Shub?" Abhay asked as I drove us to the best jewellery shop in Delhi. We're going to a buy a ring for Siya as I planned to propose her today. Everything was arranged except the ring.

"Damn sure bro! It's been three years and I can't wait longer" I replied, quite excited about today.

I parked the car and we went inside the jewellery shop. Sahil, the shop manager and my long time friend greeted me.

"Hey Shubman, I wasn't expecting you here today, you should've called me" he said.

"I know bro but it just slipped from my mind. Anyway, can show us the best collection of diamond rings of your shop?" I asked.

"Wait! Wedding bells?" He asked and I just blushed making it obvious.

"I don't believe this! When are you planning to propose?" He asked, "Today" Abhay replied. After this Sahil went somewhere and returned after few minutes with two boxes in his hands.

"These are our shop's best collection and I'm damn sure you'll love them" said Sahil. He opened the boxes for us and damn! They're all so good.

We checked each and every ring closely and even after an hour I couldn't finalise one.

"Abhay help me choose bro I can't decide which one is the best" I said and he laughed. He took the box from me and after two minutes he passed a ring to me and said, "I think she'll like this". Abhay is a pro when it comes to selecting gifts for girlfriends. He and Riya have been dating for five years and he still manages to surprise her with his gifts.

I passed the ring to Sahil and asked him to pack it. He did so and we left after paying for it. Now it was time to leave for our next destination, the place where I planned to propose Siya.

"I'm nervous bro" I said just when Abhay parked the car outside the hotel.

"Shubman Gill and nervous? They don't go together" he laughed, "it's gonna be fine bro, just chill" he added. I took a deep breath and stepped out of the car and made way to the garden where I had made all the arrangements.

As I entered the garden area I realised Siya was already there and was busy doing something on her phone. I went near her.

"Hey" I said and she turned. That's it. My world kinda stopped right there. She looked drop dead gorgeous in her floral one piece dress and light make up. I wonder how I became this lucky.
