The Happy Accident

Chapter 10

Lenix's POV

I was having a great time so far. Well of course I was having a great time. I was with One Direction. I completely forgot about why I was so nervous to begin with. Was it because I got to meet Niall? Or maybe cause I got to meet all of them? Well whatever it was I wasn't nervous anymore.

'So, Lenix,' Harry said. 'Why are you talking about having a death contract?'

Oh now I remember why I was so nervous.

'Ugh. My friend, Libby, is totally in love with Liam. And I had hung out with him all evening yesterday and didn't tell her,' I said rubbing my temples. 'Do you see, whenever she finds out... I'm dead.'

Just then my phone sang Steal My Girl. I knew it wasn't my parents or Liam. Nope. That text song belongs to Libby.

Libby: HEY! YOU'RE IN TROUBLE!

'Crap,' I whispered but the lads heard me.

Me: What did I do now?

Libby: It's what you didn't do!

Crap!

Me: And what would that be?

Libby: You didn't call me last night like you said you would.

I sighed. 'I forgot to call her last night.'

'Hey maybe she didn't see the news,' Liam said.

Me: Well I'm sorry. I had met up with a friend unexpectedly and we went to eat and went to the movies.

Libby: Oh I see. Did you enjoy yourself?

Me: I guess so. He seemed nervous the whole time. But other then that, it was fun.

Libby: Awesome! Listen I'm coming over sometime today. When are you free?

I look up at the lads from my phone.

'Um she's planning on coming over sometime today. Can you have me back around 2?' I ask.

'Sure,' Liam smiled. 'Any time as long as it keeps her from finding out before we plan our big day.'

'Thanks,' I smiled.

Me: How's 2 sound?

Libby: That'll work! See ya then!

I sighed loudly and slumped down in a chair. The lads all looked at me worriedly.

'You gonna be ok, love?' Louis asked sitting next to me and patting my hand.

'Yeah. I still haven't finished my will yet thought.'

They laughed.

'I keep telling you not to sorry about it, Nixxy,' Liam said kindly.

'I know. It's just she and I never keep secrets from each other. Especially a secret this big. Take it I'm great with keeping secrets, but right now I feel like I stole candy from a baby,' I said and randomly looked at Niall who was trying to eat the powder sugar from the donut bag.

'What?' he said innocently, a finger in his mouth.

I shook my head. Bad timing haha.

'I'm so dead,' I whined.
