Liam's POV

Text her? Why not call her? I sat there in a chair in my room and dialed Libby's number. It kinda felt as if I was calling my girlfriend... which I don't have. After having being dumped by Sofia the whole dating thing seems weird to me right now.

I loved Sofia so I don't see what went wrong between us.

'Hello?' Libby answered.

A sudden feeling of nervousness overwhelmed me.

I knew Lenix was kinda sorta joking about Libby hurting her. Was she? Why make a big fuss over just hanging out with me? It's not like my feelings for Lenix was growing or even real. Right? Wrong... I did have feels for Lenix. She was different-

'Hello?' Libby repeated, a little annoyed this time.

What do I say? I should've came up with things to say before calling her.

'If no one is there I'm hanging up,'  said.

'WAIT!' I yelled a little too loudly.

'What? Who is this?' she asked, a bit more annoyed.

'Wrong number,' I said in a deep voice and hung up.

What the what is wrong with me?

I texted Lenix.

Me: Well I called Libby.

Lenix: And?

Me: And.... I chickened out and hung up.

Lenix: LEEYUM! WHY DID YOU CHICKEN OUT?

Me: Stop yelling at me with caps. I panicked. I didn't know what to say to her.

Lenix: You've never asked a girl out before? Seriously Liam, get your head in the game? Call her again! And don't text me till we have a complete mission!

Me: Right...

I pulled up Libby's number again and stared at it. What would I say?

Hi, this is Liam. Lenix wanted to make it a surprise until I could plan a hang out day for you and her to hang out with me and the lads. Would you like to hang with us tonight?

I arched an eyebrow. That wasn't bad. I should think to myself more often.

'Hello?' Libby answered on the other line.

I stared at the phone once more. I didn't even know I dialed.

I cleared my throat. 'Um, hi.'

'Uh hi. Who is this?' she asked, annoyed once more.

'Uh this is Liam Payne from One Direction,' I began. 'Lenix and I met in the mall the other day and I told her to keep it a secret until I'm able to plan a hang out date for us so you can hang with us. So I was wondering of you're doing anything tonight?'

I breathed shakily. And stared at the wall nervously.

'Lenix, very funny,' she laughed. 'Your voice impressions are getting better. Especially Liam's.'

I made a face. Say what now?!

'Excuse me? It really is Liam,' I said kinda annoyed myself.

'Sure, sure. And I'm related to Justin Bieber!' she laughed loudly. 'Hang on, I'm getting another call.'

She was gone for a good five minutes them came back all quiet.

'L-Liam...?' she questioned, her voice kinda faint.

'Yes?'

Lenix: I forgot to warn you about the voice impression thing. Sorry!

Me: Oi.

'I am so, so sorry! Wait a minute... when you came in Lenix's room today you weren't in the wrong room?' she sounded angry now.

'Heh... yeah. I forgot she was having company. It was my idea to keep it a secret because she knows how much you love us and she wanted it to be a surprise,' I half told the truth.

Don't judge. Lenix was in enough trouble already. I was just trying to help a friend out.

She made a small squeak noise then laughed nervously. 'Liam.... haha... wow. You two sure kept the secret pretty well. So about the question you asked... I'm not doing nothing tonight.'

'Awesome! Be at Lenix's house at seven. Me and Niall will pick you both up,' I said, a weight suddenly lifted off my shoulders.

'O-ok,' she said nervously again.

When I hung up I sent 'mission complete' to Lenix who replied with a smiley face and good job.

Glad that's over with!
