His Girl

I slept early that night maybe because I'm so tired of my long journey yesterday. 

Kinabukasan, I decided to go to our station and explain everything to our manager. I checked the news, medyo humupa na rin ang isyu namin but still in line parin ito at pinag-uusapan  parin sa mga TV shows minsan pag nagkataon dahil sa pinalabas namin ni Ivan na estado ng relasyon naming dalawa. After I asked ate Dien's permission, I went to our station emidiatly. When I arrived I went directly to my EP's room.

"Finally!" his voice loudly echoed the room when I entered.

"Uhm..." I sighed. "I'm here to explain about the issue sir." I started.

"Take your seat first Cath." he commanded.

"Thanks sir." I said politely.

After the confrontation. I felt relieved and free. Mabuti't madali rin akong naintindihan ng aming EP. His to understanding when it comes to his members that's why hindi na ako nahirapan sa pagpaintindi sa kanya.

I promised myself to finally forget what happens in my vacation and just focused in my career. Even though it's not that easy to forget him, to forget the only guy I meet and save my life in that dim lane. 'My night in shinning armor.'

"Cath, do you want to come with us? Mag bar hopping kami mamaya." pag-aaya ni Jennie sa akin one time. Isa sa mga bago kong kasamahan ko sa trabaho na naging ka vibes ko na rin.

"Next time nalang Jen. I have to rest early today so that I can gain strength for my work tomorrow." I refuse her offer. As much as I wanted to go with them but I really can't. I don't want to be forbidden to my boss.

"Promise, next time nalang sasama na ako." I assured her.

"Sure Cath. Basta sama ka ahh, promise?" she smiled widely while waiting my answer.

"Yes, promise Jen." I said with assurance.

"Ok then, see yahh tomorrow." she finally waved goodbye before walking out in our department.

After finishing my paper works, I decided go to a mall first and buy some of my needs in my suit. I choose to stay alone over  in my Ate's house because I want to be independent, I want to stand all on my own despite of Ate Dienn's offer to be with them. Ayaw ko ring umasa sa kanila, simula ng mawalan kami ng magulang I promised to myself to stand own my own.

When I passed by along with a boutique, I realized that I need to buy some fashionable dress for Jennie's invitation. When I entered, I noticed a red turtle neck dress with an elegant design. I was about to go after it when I heard a familiar sweet voice behind me.

"Oh. It's nice babe! I think it really suite's me!" a girl's sweet voice filled my ears. I turned and check if my instincts is right. 'Oh God!' I want to run as fast as I could and hide myself in a place where no one can see me. It's Ivan with Thia. Bigla nalang nagbalik sa aking isipan lahat-lahat ng pangyayari doon sa rest house. I didn't expect that Ivan would fall for her when all I know is he really hate Thia that much and she's not her type because of their age gap and Thia's attitude. 'Wait, ba't ako nangingialam? It's not my business in the first place anyway. Why would I?' I felt insecure and I hated myself for being like that. 'Sabi ko na nga ba, He doesn't like you and his inlove with someone else! Get up Cath.' I said to myself. I tried to act like nothing's happen. Even though my insides are not in favor in me. Mabuti nalang at hindi nila ako nakita dahil nakatalikod ako sa kanila.

"You can fit it in our fitting room ma'am." anang Sales Lady. "It fells that you look so much prettier when you wear it." banat pa nito ng nakangiti.

"I'll take that as a compliment! Thanks." I said and smiled before entering the fitting room. Noon lang ako nakahinga ng malalim. I fitted the dress and look my face and body in the mirror. Tama nga ang Sales lady!  I smiled while looking at myself.

After fitting, lumabas na ako sa fitting room. "You bitch!" tumambad sa akin ang mukha ng babaeng kailan lang sumira sa aking pagkatao.

I acted like it's normal. "Oh, Hi there miss lovely spoiled brat." I smiled. Yung ngiting pang-aasar.

"What did you say?" susugod na sana ito sa akin ng biglang hinawakan ni  Ivan mula sa likuran ang kamay nito.

"Stop it Thia. Your always acting like a child." Ivan spot angrily while looking his girl. Napatingin rin ito sa akin na para bang nag-alala. 'Stop assuming self!'

"I'm sorry. Discipline her Ivan, she's so over acting!" I said before leaving them.

"Cath wait!" Ivan called me but I didn't mind him. I continued walking to the counter and paid the bill, then I leave.
