21 Back home

Mark POV

" Would you like anything you'd like to eat?? " Jisoo asked.
Mina and I both shooked our heads.
" This is enough " I said " Thank you very much for the meal "

Jisoo smiled " Okay then. If you would like to have anything else just feel free to eat "
She then left and went upstairs.

If your wondering who they are. Well they are the ones who opened the door on the very first house we knocked on.
Jennie was the girl who opened it and realized who we were.
2 of the missing teenagers.

She quickly let us inside and we met Rose, Lisa and Jisoo.
They were all shocked to see us.
They asked us bunch of questions like
" How did you escaped? " " How did you survived? " " What happened "

We said we'd answer everything later and Jisoo fed us.
Jisoo was a really nice girl. They were all young and Jisoo was the oldest among them and Lisa the youngest.
They washed us up and now we just finished eating.
This was the first proper meal I had for the last few months.

Jennie was on a serious phone call with someone while Lisa and Rose smiled watching us. Not in a creepy way.
I felt happy as I get to feel like it's home even if it isn't.
I stood up and put the plate on the sink and Rose quickly came up to me.
" Go sit on couch and watch the TV " She said " I'm gonna go wash the dishes "

" But- "
" I'm done " A voice said.
It was Mina. Rose also took Mina's plate and wash them while we watched in silence.
" Go sit on the couch " She said.
We both walked to the living room where Jennie was talking on a phone.
I read a magazine while Mina laid on my laps.
" Aww so cute " Lisa muttered " I think I might die "

The couch felt comfortable and my body felt so relaxed.
Mina might have been felt that way.
She was tired too.
In the back of my mind I was hoping for Jisung and Woyoung to be okay.
I prayed silently in my head they'll be alright.

Jennie phone call ended and she stood up with a smile.
" Any tea to spill? " Rose asked as she was done washing the dishes and drying her hands with a towel.
" I called the police station saying 2 of them are here " She said " They would be here any minutes and they will be getting some informations from you guys to find the other two "
I smile apply on my face.
" Thank you "

" I like to help people in need " she said.

" M-Mark?! " a women's voice said " I-is that m-my b-baby? "
I look up from the chair and I saw her.
My mom with red tears puffy eyes.
Her hands cover her mouth I'm shocked.
Next to her was my dad with teary eyes as well.

" mom..... " that was the only word that came up until I stood up and run towards her.
" Oh my god my baby " My mom sobbed
" I thought I was gonna lose you forever "

I was now crying as well.
My parents cared.
This was actually the first time I would have ever hugged my dad.
My dad and I don't really get along well.
It's not like we hate each other or anything.
It's just that I've never hugged him before.

" Y-your alive " My mom said repeatedly as she touched my face " Y-your alive "

Sobs can be heard from the other room Mina was at.
The door was creaked opened a little and I saw Mina crying as she hugged a little girl who looked to be 5 or 6 years old.
It must be her sister.

I smile form on my lips and for the first time in my life I felt so........ happy?
Like really happy.
My heart could burst out any seconds!
This is all a thanks to Jennie, Lisa, Rose and Jisoo for helping the both of us.
I don't know what I'll do without the girls help.
I felt so thankful they brought me home.
Now I felt like I'm home.

But there was something missing in my heart.
A missing piece.
