*After the birthday squad sets up the tramp and when Kevin arrives**
Toni's POV
When Kevin saw the trampoline he was in awe. And was in even more awe when he saw the inside covered in rainbow comforters, fairy lights, and a bunch of Disney movie discs ready to be played on a projector.
"OH MY GOD THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH" he said as he pulled everyone in for a group hug.
It was still pretty bright outside so we messed around with a bunch of bubbles, which are Kevin's absolute favorite thing in the world.
We ran around the backyard of Thornhill too. It was really hot out today, but we still had a lot of fun. We played with Birdy in the trampoline and made sure not jump around Incase we'd scare her.
After another round of running we were all out of breath and extremely tired.
"Toni.." said Cheryl as she panted breathlessly.
"Yeah? What is it babe?" I said as I stared, mesmerized by the bubble floating across the sky.
"I don't...I'm not.." She leaned some of her body weight against me and I said "Babe, are you feeling okay?" I said.
"Kev" I said trying to get his attention. "Kevin!"
He turned around and saw Cheryl leaning on me, and me leaning against the wall of the house.
"Kev, could you go inside and get her some water?"
"Yeah of course" he said as he walked inside and handed the cat to Veronica.
"What's wrong? Is she okay?" asked Veronica as she gave a little kiss to Birdy's head.
"I think she's a bit over exerted. She looks really tired" I said as I listened to her shallow breaths.
She groaned softly and slowly but surely, she started leaning on me more and more.
"Babe, what's wrong?" I asked as I cupped her cheek and kissed her forehead.
"Mnh. Can you carry me to the trampoline?"
"Yeah of course babe" I said as I picked her up and somewhat struggled climb up the small ladder the led to the trampoline. And then and there she practically dropped on the comforter, passing out.
"Fucking hell" I mumbled as I lied down next to her. Veronica came in ad we both waited for Kevin to come back.
"Did she faint?" asked Kevin as he handed me the water.
I nodded. I was right next to her, my arms wrapped around her waist. I kissed the back of her head and she shivered unconsciously.
She woke up and groaned but then apologized like ten times for fainting during Kevin's party. "Kev I'm so sorry, I feel really bad."
"Cheryl, it's fine. You passed out I wouldn't really care about anything else until I knew you were okay. So how bout.... WE WATCH SOME DISNEY MOVIES??!?!?!"
"GOD YES PLEASE!" screamed Veronica.
And then we dozed off throughout the night, watching Lilo and Stitch on replay.
