Veronica smiled at Toni as she got on the bus, and Toni didn't so much as acknowledge her. "What the hell's wrong now Toni?" asked Veronica as they walked down the aisle of the bus.
"Hm let me see... oh! You are keeping some huge ass secret about my girlfriend that she won't tell me and everyone is looking at me like I'm crazy for not knowing?"
Veronica sighed as she sat down. "It's not-"
"No. Don't even talk to me. I don't wanna listen to it right now..." said Toni. Cheryl walked in knowing Toni was mad at her, and sat next to Kevin as Fangs sat with Toni.

Veronica's POV
I walked Cheryl down the aisle of the bus and Toni was staring at her with cold eyes. Cheryl held my hand and started literally crushing my hand out of anxiety.
"Fuck Cheryl a little less maybe?" I whispered.
"I'm sorry.." she said quietly. I sighed and flipped Toni off. "Hey cutie" I said to Betty as I kissed her. "Could you take Cher for a bit, I need to talk to Kev."
"Of course babe. Come here Cherie" said Betty as she moved down a seat.

Betty's POV
I hugged Cheryl and swapped seats with her so she didn't have to be in the aisle next to Toni. I know that Cheryl's really sensitive about the incident, but I wouldn't want her to risk her mental health for this.
She was looking out the window with tears in her eyes, but didn't let any of them fall down her face. I could tell she was trying to stay bitter to make it look like she wasn't hurting, but she was.
"You fuck up my cousin, I'll fuck up your life" I said to Toni looking at her with a bitch face. "THAT'S MY GIRLFRIEND YOU WHORE!" yelled Veronica. It made me laugh and Toni replied "I think she's fucked mine up pretty good so... hard pass."
I slapped her face and said "If you don't wanna talk to her, you won't slap me back." She lowered her clenched fist and shook it off. Fangs whispered something in her ear and I felt bad for him because I know we're pretty good friends.
Cheryl's phone started buzzing and she picked up the call. She didn't say anything and I didn't see who was calling her. Tears fell down her face and after the call ended she dropped the phone on the ground and screamed.
Everyone was staring at her and Kevin came rushing to the back and shushed her. Toni didn't so much as even look at Cheryl, just kept staring in at some void or what not.
"I-I can't be here" said Cheryl who was out of breath. She looked around the bus frantically, her face in fear. "Cheryl, calm down you're having a panic attack" said Kevin.
She was almost gasping for air and Veronica came over to comfort me because she knew I hated seeing Cheryl like this.
"Come to the front with me bub, Kevin's got it" she said. I sniffled and said "but-"
"She'll be okay" said Veronica. "She always comes out okay" she said quietly.
