Betty's POV
I watched over Cheryl for at least 3 hours. She was still completely passed out, but I felt the need to watch her anyway. I hadn't started my homework, and Veronica couldn't come over because of her stupid dad.
My mom walked in and said "Betty, she's going to be asleep for a while. Maybe you should start your homework or study?"
I shook my head and said "But I have to make sure she's okay" as I looked back at her. "She needs me."
My mom gave me a look and I sighed. As I got up, I felt her hand glide past mine, and she held it weakly. Maybe she was unconscious or just half asleep, but either way I definitely wasn't going to leave.
I decided to update everyone on how she was doing, because knowing them and especially Toni, they'd be wondering.
I got up to grab my phone when I noticed Cheryl started stirring. She was probably having a post-episode nightmare, and I've had lots of experience on helping her with these.
She started tossing and turning, and I pulled her hair back since she's thrown up a few times after waking up. I gently held her hands because there was this one time where she scratched her arms really hard afterwards and they bled.
Eventually, Cheryl woke up gasping for air her hands trying to get me to let go so she could hurt herself. She didn't mean to, I knew didn't, but she gets so scared sometimes.
"No, Cheryl I'm right here" I said. She was crying and I knew I'd have to maintain my composure or I'd make her feel bad.
Her hands almost reached her arms so I put my arms in front of her hands and she scratched all the way down my arm. I watched the skin tear and it hurt like hell. But I'd much rather take the pain than see my baby sister get hurt anymore.
"Let go Betty!" she cried. "I'm sorry but can't Cheryl. I can't let you get hurt" I said holding back my tears. She leaned forward and then bolted back, hitting her head against the wall, disorienting her.
She groaned and I said "Cheryl! Oh god Cheryl are you okay?" She nodded. Her erratic breathing stopped and she cried into my shoulder. "I'll call Toni" I said.

Toni's POV
"Hey Toni, its Betty."
"Hey what's up?"
"Cheryl had a bit of an incident and could really use your support."
"What happened? Is she okay??"
"She has a bad nightmare and she tried to hurt herself. She didn't consciously try though, it was because of her PTSD and she wasn't thinking. It just happened."
"I'll be there as soon as possible. Tell her I love her more than anything."
"Of course I will. She wants to talk to you."
"Toni?"
"Baby are you okay??"
"Just a bit shaken up. I miss you."
"I miss you more. Tell you what, when we get there, we can cuddle all day okay?"
"That'd be amazing."
"See you in a few babe. Hang tight, I love you"
"I love you too."

Third POV
Toni practically broke through the door and sprinted right up the stairs with tears in her eyes and saw Cheryl sitting up. She literally threw herself on the bed and kissed her.
Veronica crawled out from under the bed and grabbed Toni ankle. "JESUS FUCK WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!" yelled Toni as she pulled away from Cheryl. Veronica said in a singsongy voice "I... beat... you."
